So happy our family discovered this gem! Food was delicious and the cozy, friendly atmosphere was just what we were looking for! Ken it was a pleasure meeting you. It’s people like you and little local stores like your sons that make us want to move to NC even more. Till next time!

The food here is amazing and so are the coffees! The staff and owners are so friendly and make you feel like family when you stop in. The few times a year we come in town, all I crave is a coffee and breakfast sandwich from North End.

This is carry out only. They have great coffees and amazing breakfast dishes. The biscuits are super good and taste like grandma made them. We ate here two days in a row.

Family owned hole in the wall coffee shop that doesn’t feel like a cheap tourist spot. The owner is attentive and great to talk with. The food was great, coffee even better. Rather you’re a family trying to get a quick bite or looking for fuel to kick last nights hangover this is your spot.

Always a great experience at North End Cafe! Eric takes great care of his customers, locals and Summer guests alike! Coffee is always great, breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and huge. Super convenient if you're staying on the North End of the island. Highly recommend this "off the beaten path" little gem!

This place was incredibly good, I got the bacon burrito. It was super fresh and delicious. One was big enough for 2 ppl!

What an absolute gem. I wanted to try everything on the menu. The coffee is good, the service is better. It’s not just that this place is convenient, it really is a good coffee shop. They make everything fresh. I’ve had their breakfast sandwiches and waffles. They are delicious. I will miss you guys when I’m standing in line at my normal routine bagel shop for my coffee.

Food wasn't good. Gyro was cold, gyro meat was warm. They messed up the order and after driving back home, found out they were missing 2 sandwiches and a side of bacon. Coffee was overly sweet. And definitely no parking anywhere

noice and friendly service. the homemade Rice Krispy needed more marshmallows and were dry. but the sandwiches were bomb and made to order.

My bacon egg and cheese was pretty good, but the coffee was fantastic. iced white mocha was delicious. Customer service was friendly also 😁 I would recommend and I’ll be back again!
