They were carless enough to get a straw wrapper into the drink I was served so to my surprise I got a big sip of soggy straw wrapper. I went to point it out to possibly prevent the same mistake in the future and they didn't even apologize for it. Probably not going back unless my sister wants to go since she likes the food because of the vegetarian options.

Great spot for lunch or a coffee. Charming with good food. The sauce that comes with the chips makes you want to give them all your money. Eat there every time passing through.

They serve coffee, tea, and espresso as well as delicious meals including pastries, sandwiches, salads, wraps, etc. for breakfast and lunch. Great atmosphere with local art on the walls and super friendly staff. They also keep pre-made sandwhiches in the cooler for anyone whos hungry and in a hurry!

I only came for a meeting, but everyone was very accommodating and nice. Perfect place to hang as I found peoplebrelaxing, talking and enjoying the environment. Being a diabetic for almost 36 years I would appreciate something for breakfast that does not include carbs....

Amazing coffee shop with great food and amazing coffe. This is the only coffee shop I've found that will give me 6 shots of espresso in an iced coffe. The food here is truly amazing, I love the sammiches. The wait time in the drive thru are a bit elevated but it's well worth the wait. Truly the best coffee shop in Buncombe County.

The atmosphere was great, cozy environment. Nice selections of coffees or teas even smoothys. A lot of items made in house, muffins and cookies. Check it out for yourself you won't regret it.

Been going to this coffee house BEFORE it switched owners so MANY years. I pay a good amount for a cup of coffee so I EXPECT it to be correct! On serval occasion I have had to return the drink because it was not to my liking (I pay for a premium product) so I would return and ask them to remake it. Typically this was not an issue. I moved to Florida for over a year recently moved back to visit this coffee house just a few times since august (maybe 4 times total). Until this morning!!! So I go through order same coffee tastes like dish water sooooo I go directly back to have them remake it and the OWNER yes the OWNER comes to the window to basically refuse to remake the drink because I have done it so many times in the past!!!!! WHAT! My daughter me and her boyfriend were SHOCKED! So at this point I’m beyond angry and tell the owner to give me my money back and I’ll NEVER visit his place again his response was “do you promise “!!! I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life and I PROMISE I’ll NEVER return and WILL spread the word. I do NOT recommend this place wish I could give -stars.

Great place to grab food, a drink, and study. The regular menu has plenty of great options, and the daily specials are often fantastic as well. A drive through window is available for drinks. For chai latte drinkers, they use my personal favorite, Oregon Chai.

I have been coming to this little place for years. It's the best kept secret in west Asheville! They carry great Cuban roast, and the menu has enough variety to satisfy just about anyone.
