I enjoyed this coffee shop, and not just for its coffee.
Bald Guy Brew was easy to find, and located atop a charming little store; and, yes, the fresh, pour-over coffee I had was great, as was the friendly and knowledgeable service. However, the cherry on this shop's sundae was, oddly, its bathroom, which was a little, slope-ceilinged hole-in-the-wall with all manner of coffee-centric decoration set under a scintillating blue neon light -- nothing less than a work of art, itself.
Thanks for the great shop, guys! My visit there was the perfect start to a roadtrip.

Excellent coffee and a short walk to main street shopping. Worth a visit!

It's hard to find a place that makes a great cappuccino. This coffee shop knows how to do it! There is a lovely place upstairs where you can relax and enjoy your wonderfully prepared brew. If you're in Blowing Rock, don't overlook this gem.

I love coming here to get good coffee. I usually only drink dark roast, black coffee a d the flavors that come out of the fresh roasted coffee at Camp is impeccable! The espresso drinks are very good too and they have nondairy options to help accommodate!

I have been a returning visitor to Blowing Rock and a customer here for the past several years. The coffee is superb, the service excellent, and the staff friendly. Picked up a nitro cold brew and an iced coffee today. Shoutout to the nice barista this afternoon who made me feel welcome! Highly recommend!!!

A Cafe above, in the high country. Worth seeking out this small destination to relax in the loft. Coffee chains and franchises can't achieve this cozy level. The coffees are perfect.

Awesome! The best peppermint mocha I have ever had. I work close by and they are always so accommodating and pleasant. We are fortunate to have such a great coffee shop in our village.

Great coffee shop all around - really enjoyed my Americano. My sunrise biscuit had great flavor, but I recommend eating it warm as it has an egg-based bottom and is much less desirable cold.

Floored by the rudeness of the red haired male barista that works here. He completely ignored my sisters and me. When we tried to order we had to ask multiple times before we got a response. The response we received was so disrespectful it shocked me. He said to us, “I am making coffee, one second” in the most annoyed voice while his back was turned to us. Then when both the coffees we received tasted burnt and watery, he never offered to remake them, refund them or apologize, he only questioned what tasted burnt. Still waiting for the refund he promised he had made. I have never been treated by service like that. If this wasn’t enough, he made a point to greet the man who came in after us with a “how are you doing today SIR” and be perfectly friendly to him. Don’t know if he was intentionally being sexist but it definitely came across that way. His attitude the entire time was absolutely awful. So disappointed. Do not go.
