The drip coffee was truly excellent, but it is not a third wave shop.

friendly staff & delicious drinks. a gem in the heart of Asheville! and they’re dog friendly! a must visit for tourists & locals alike (:

It’s pretty bad when one out of your five primary employees runs off your regulars and no one even notices. Management: We have taken our business elsewhere based on this employee.

Finally a coffee place that doesn’t make their flavored lattes too sweet! Exceptional customer service, great vibe, yummy coffee. Their gluten-free-pumpkin-chocolate chip muffin knocked my socks off!

The coffee was really overpriced and the vibe was no good. The baristas seemed unhappy or else they were just plain cold to us. The muffin was good but for the coffee and muffin it was over $10... I wouldn’t go back.

Nice little coffee shop in Grove Arcade. The selection of nibbles was a bit small but it could have been timing on our part. Friendly service and a decent cappuccino.

I wish I knew where to begin. Let’s start with my iced coffee, or, better put, my “ice with coffee.” This drink made for a nostalgic experience; I was reminded of a time I poured Grandma’s leftover Maxwell House over some ice I collected from the bottom of the freezer.
I was disappointed, but tried to enjoy the atmosphere nonetheless. This quickly proved to be an impossible task. The staff, who had been abruptly awakened by my entrance just minutes before, now seemed to be engaged in a competition to see who could force me to leave the soonest. They shouted over each other and erupted in laughter as they cranked the music up to a volume at which I could no longer understand my girlfriend speaking to me from inches away.
I didn’t stay long enough to determine whether Summit Coffee has a slogan. My recommendation would be “Summit Coffee - reaching the height of unprofessionalism.”

Very nice latte, and the staff was great, but I spent $5 on the worst croissant I’ve ever had - chewy and stale. I threw it out after two bites. Don’t offer baked goods if you can’t get it right!

Busy, quaint little shop! Great service!

Between us, we had a cappuccino, an oat milk latte, and an oat milk lavender earl grey with a little vanilla syrup. Everything was excellent and you can tell the baristas enjoy working here. Thanks Summit, excellent as always!
