I used to love going to Odd’s Cafe, and would recommend it to my friends all the time, but the last 3 times I’ve been, the espresso had a burnt taste and I had to throw out my drinks because they were undrinkable. The environment there used to be bright and friendly, but there’s now a pretentious air about the place and I don’t feel welcomed when I come in.

The gluten free treats are pretty good, so it’s worth it to stop in for a to go snack, just stay away from the coffee and espresso, and choose tea or a smoothie.

I have tremendous affection for this place; a busy little local hub (I almost always see at least one WAVL person I know). Their chai cider is my favourite and their cakes are very good too.

Came here for the first time looking to seek shelter on a rainy day and this is a neat little spot!
The employees are super nice and the food is fresh and very yummy! (especially their bagels) Their chai tea is perfect and the place has a really relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely head over there more often! 😊💕

I love Odds! It is one of the best coffee shops in Asheville. Everything is delicious, it’s really chill, and the staff is really friendly. 👏🏻💙

The barista was wonderful and patient with me while I stared slack jawed at the chalkboard menu on a rainy Tuesday morning.

I ordered the Aztec mocha and the pecan cinnamon scone. The chocolate was thick and heavily spiced and perfect for a rainy morning. The scone was fabulously sweetened without being cloying and had a wonderfully crisp caramelized cinnamon sugar coating.

The front table sits in front of a big open garage-door style window and excellent for people watching, especially in the rain.

Internet speed is not great (see pic), but it's fine for doing quiet work.

Stopped in for an afternoon smoothie and found just what we were looking for! Super friendly customer service & suggestions, cozy chairs, delicious Chai Cider, we got a vegan lemon bar, there’s a huge open window, clean bathrooms, overall great vibe to come and hang out or stay & work for a bit!

Pumpkin Chai latte was great! Muffin was $4....a little pricey. Come early for scones--we missed out.

Bad Internet - Coffee and ambiance are totally fine you just can't get much work done. Send an email, probably... Hop on a Zoom call, no way.

I drove 30 minutes because they alleged to have reliable internet, save yourself the hassle.

Local hang out, felt welcome, enjoyed coffee and pastry. Fell in love with a patron but she got away.

Unique atmosphere along with great customer service. You must still wear masks here, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying a good coffee and a great smoothie! Definitely a must when in West Asheville.
