Bluebird Bubble Tea

Just moved here from Long Beach, CA- this place serves boba tea AT LEAST as good as, (and probably better than) just about any of the million + boba shops in LA. I esp appreciate the split cup that lets you try two different flavors!!
The drinks are wonderful- the boba pearls in particular are perfect, not too rubbery, not too soft. I did find the tea a little more on the sweet side than i like, but i found out on my next visit that they can adjust the sweetness to your taste. So, if you're like me and prefer a drink that's not so sugary, make sure to let them know that so they can give you a drink that you'll enjoy.
I'm so delighted that i don't have to live without bubble tea! Huge thumbs up!!

We first discovered Bluebird when they were just a mobile truck and we followed them around! Now it’s SO nice to have a brick and mortar to go visit anytime we want! The Sakura Rose and Taro Brown Sugar Boba are our two most favorites!

The banana bo bana milk tea with boba was so yummy and refreshing. I'm picky with the banana flavor I like, and this was natural and not artificial and candy-like. Also being lactose intolerant it was great that I could get it with oatmilk instead!

One of my favorite places to stop by for a little treat! The staff here are always remain very polite and efficient, even when it gets busy. I love all of the drink options, I highly recommend the rose milk tea, and the banana milk tea! Unique and delicious!

I'm so happy to have found this place!!! Truly. My husband and I visit often, and we while we have our favorite, go-to selections, every new item we've tried has been fantastic. There are a variety of flavors to choose from and plenty of customization options. Whether you're interested in a decaf tea with alternative, lactose-free milk, or something that is sugary, flavorful, and will give you the pick-me-up you're looking for, they have it—now with mochi, too!

The owner and employees are amazing; they're always friendly and personable, never pushy or apathetic towards their customers. The entire vibe from the shop is all-around inviting. 5-Star place, hands down.

My very favorite bubble tea go to!! I’ve been to many, but nothing compares! It’s my fun Sunday treat 🥰 (and anytime I need a little pick me up!) love the family that owns it SO MUCH! Thank you for having this for our community!

This is a four and a half star review (silly Google). I'm glad to see a Boba shop here in Asheville! Thought the tea flavor was a touch too overpowered by the sweet milk flavor for a classic milk tea. The brown sugar Boba tapioca was an excellent balance of sweetness. Overall, very good but just a touch too sweet milk like and not enough tea flavor, in my opinion. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning to try out more of their flavors on the menu. I look forward to seeing what this Boba shop does!

Bluebird bubble tea is by far the best bubble tea spot in town. The owners and staff do an amazing job at making you feel welcome the second you walk in. Along with the inviting atmosphere, they have a variety of yummy teas to choose from and you can’t go wrong with any of them! 10/10 recommend checking out this place for your next bubble tea fix.

Chelsea was so nice and made a great recommendation! The banana milk tea was so yummy, so much that I forgot to take a picture of it until halfway finished lol ^-^
