Great find as we were checking out Grove Arcade! I grew up just outside of NOLA and I haven't had an authentic beignet in a very long time. It is made to order so it is hot when you get it. It was awesome! Thank you. And the coffee with chicory was also very tasty.

Just wished they delivered 😔
Amazing food. I had the beignet sandwich with bananas and a peanut butter sauce that was amazing. I know it sounds weird but I had this sandwich 6 months ago and I am still craving it. I just wished they delivered.

This part of downtown really needed a coffee shop and Bebettes absolutely delivers with its unique offerings and quality of food. It's the first time I've had coffee with chicory and the beignets are a great, unique treat that I dont think you can get anywhere else in Ashveille.
The team was super nice and treated me well. The ambience of the place is also welcoming and swanky. Perfect for a quick in and out if you have to make moves but there is enough seating outside and in the Grove Arcade to chill in the area for for a while. I'll be back there again for sure.

Enjoyed a spicy latte with original beignets and beignet fingers with chocolate sauce. Everything was amazing and employees were friendly. Did take a few minutes since they are made to order and they had us wait in grove arcade where there are bistro tables and benches and they brought everything to us so it wasn’t COVID scary and we didn’t have to wait in the cold. Will definitely return.

I have to say, the folks working at Bebettes were really wonderful! So happy, helpful and giving off great energy! On top of that, damn the churro beignets were good, and plenty for a late night snack too. The iced Food of the Gods was super delicious and refreshing. Thanks Bebettes!

There needs to be an option for ZERO stars. The staff was incredibly rude. They mixed up our orders, gave us the wrong food, then wanted to argue that they hadn’t. When they finally realized that they had in fact messed up our order, the wait staff got very frustrated as if we were completely inconveniencing them that we were asking them to remake the order. By the time they finally got the order out, it took them so long, everyone in our party had finished eating. There are so many other better brunch places in Asheville, it’s just not worth it.

I am originally from Baton Rouge LA now livingin Tampa FL. On vacation in Asheville and what do we find New Orleans Coffeehouse. Not only the beignets (which were a taste of home) but coffee served is Community Coffee from my home town of BR. This stop was a trip home so to speak, thank you so much, it was a treat.

You can smell the beignets walking down the road the shop is on. You can't not walk in for some fresh coffee and beignets! The beignets are freshly fried to order and you have choices of powdered sugar, churro, and chocolate. You may as well get 3 for $5 since they're $2.50 a piece - it's a steal! The sauces/powder given are generous. The coffee are New Orleans style with chicory, and are a delicious complement to the beignets.
Service is friendly and pleasant which is always a plus!

Little beignet fingers goodness. Yum. We're from New Orleans so I was excited to try this place. Dont let the shape fool you. These are just as good as anything you'll find in the french quarter. Perfect for sharing too. Also had a cafe au lait. Staff was great. Small inside but perfect for grabbing "to go" and walking around downtown. Support this local business!
