Terrible service. Pretty sure I was overcharged for my bagel - a bagel with 3 toppings, bought a la carte (versus a menu sandwich) should not come out to $16. I don’t think the cashier had any idea what she was doing. She overcharged a couple people in our group and then completed missed my friends order. Even after we asked for an update on the order, we were assured it was being taken care of. But went and checked back after 15 minutes and the order had just never been placed.

Beautiful location, bagels are good (great if you get them right out of the oven). However, service is bad - you have to wait 2 times - first for your drink, then again for bagels. And there is a lot of time difference between when you get drink vs when you get bagels. Two waits is a really bad system, I hope they will drop it and give you your coffee and bagels at the same time.

The food is awesome. I think the bagel could be a bit bigger. The taste is good but a bit small for $5. The property is nicely done for sure. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Open face ; ) ingredients wouldn’t squeeze out Great experience glad I went can’t wait to go back enjoy the pictures

The Bianca rústica pizza was out of this world good. I didn’t and still don’t understand why it is $7 more than the margherita when it has no real toppings, but I would still be very inclined to dish out the extra dough to get this one if I splurged on a pizza here again. The margherita was not bad either, but there is no contest, I am in love with their Bianca pizza. What we got looks nothing like the menu picture so I hope it is the same when/if we can return. Friendly staff and amazing setting. Maybe in the future they can have more reasonable prices and better hours and still do well.

From entering the line to receiving our food took over 45 minutes. I understand it's covid time and very busy in Woodstock on a Saturday in the fall, but that was ridiculous for what seems to be a grab and go bagel and coffee spot. That said, very nice exterior seating and music. Coffee was good. Bagel was good but not stellar.

The Mud Club is one of my favorite finds in Woodstock! I've been to Woodstock twice, once in summer and once during the winter, and stopped by the Mud Club during both of those times/seasons. First, their coffee is amazing and the wood fired pretzels and bagels are to die for! Also, everyone in there is super welcoming and friendly! During the summer it was the perfect place to sit outside in the warm afternoon and enjoy an iced coffee, and during the winter it was incredibly cozy to step inside and warm up with a hot latte. The chalk paint on the walls is also super fun!

$3 to add tomato to a relatively bland bagel? The tomato wasn’t even good. It wasn't very ripe and a little mealy. I actually took it off to eat the bagel. It took 20 minutes for 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagel was fine, nothing special. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to go back, and definitely wouldn’t wait more than a couple of minutes for this overpriced bagel

The actual bagel shop is extremely small and has maybe 3 stools to sit at. They have made a good effort in jazzing up the outside space and it's comfortable and great to sit outside on a sunny day .
We got two bagel sandwiches , one if which was supposed to have hummus and there wasn't any on it at all. I got the spicy sauce egg sandwich which was good but nothing spectacular.
Overall just ok.

The cutest outdoor space for excellent brunch items.
