The girl working was nice and the tea was delicious. Not bad on pricing. I didn't like the atmosphere, though. I feel like the building is too big for a tea shop like this. White walls, not very much color, no music. The space is lacking. Everything else was great. First time being at this location. I think I will stick to the location in the mall.

Ordered a drink with boba pearls and after I drove home noticed I didn’t have any of the boba in it. Called back and girl was nice and explained she didn’t charge me so there’s nothing she could do unless I wanted to drive back. I live 10 miles away so I said no . I didn’t realize I wasn’t charged extra for the pearls. Just disappointed because that’s the best part. I’ll stick with the new place in the paddock arcade . The small I ordered was $5.50 and she charged me $6.24 so actually I think she did charge me. Regardless, most reputable businesses will make it right if they want to retain your business.

Love everything from the smoothies to their iced coffees. The ladies at both locations are always wonderful. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Really nice people I wish this was my local bubble tea shop! Definitely a Watertown visit. I got strawberry taro slush with strawberry heart jelly. Look how cute!

Cute little place in the mall, friendly staff, and good drinks. They give you a stamp rewards card & after visiting so many times you get a free drink. 😊

Super nice place! The drinks were smooth and fresh, very delicious. Customer service is very nice despite coming in so late.

My sister and I enjoyed are milk teas, she got honeydew and I wanted caramel.
