If you've been to any Stewarts you kind of know what to expect. The Warrensburg staff is friendly, yeah, no complaints there. I rarely visit for anything other than the ATM (modest fee) or gas but everything else is pretty uncompetitively priced. I do love a good Stewart's chocolate milk shake of course. It's tough with inflation I get it but man Stewart's would get me to come in far more often with better prices.

I come in to this store twice a day 4 times a week, and recently I've had nothing but issues. Lisa, the assistant manager mind you, out of no where decided that the scoop club cards didn't apply to iced coffee milkshakes. I was VERY upset, I contacted corporate and consulted the manager the next day. Turns out no one knows where she got that info from. Corporate and James (store manager) resolved the issue. Fast forward to today and I order the same thing I do every other day and I tell the lady (Larissa) what I want in it exactly, "Columbian coffee, cold brew and French vanilla creamer, blended into a shake" and she starts asking me all sorts of questions that don't apply to what I'm ordering. I keep telling her, it's a shake, one size, with cold brew and creamer instead of milk. In the past shes made this drink incorrectly too. It's really that hard. Then she proceeded to give me the most God awful attitude because SHE didn't know what she was doing, even after being there for as long as she has been. The other worker came over and asked her what the problem was, she told her that I wasn't answering the questions. When I told the other lady what I wanted she went back to Larissa and told her how none of that applied to the shake. So now we've had a 3 minute long scene and her throwing a fit the entire time she was making the drinks. Another customer even said something to me regarding the woman's attitude towards me. I'm really sick of the people that work there, walking into that store is SO unpleasant. I will say, there is one employee whom I adore, her name is Rachel, she's blonde and incredibly sweet. She always makes it a bit less miserable to walk through that door. And the night crew is good, a curly dark haired girl, she usually dresses up, shes wonderful too. But thats about it. If it's not them, don't expect exceptional customer service. They are the ONLY reason I didnt give 1 star.
Very disappointing for such a “hot spot”. Filthy restrooms. Dirty store. Rude and very unhelpful. Could be a real gem. Again, fill the coffee pots. Usually Luke warm or cold. Hard rolls are not fresh.
Upstate new Yorkers support stewarts shops but they do not give back to its customers. Since the beginning of May they have been 6 cents higher than the lake lazurne stewarts. This does not make any sense because warrensburg stewarts is right off the Northway. You would think it would be a cheaper delivery charge to warrensburg verses lake lazurne. Once they realized the vacationers were coming & Americade they raised the price to rip us off
I see that there are only bad reviews about this store, but it's totally worth going for an ice cream cone, they have great flavors, but "death by chocolate" will always be my favourite, I will definitely go back whenever I have the chance to!!!
