Waited in line for 20 minutes at 10:30am on a Thursday morning (2 people ahead of us) with no staff even acknowledging us to then be told the coffee is self-serve. The bagels were awful.

The HAND MADE goods are probably the best ones out there. Come here for great HAND DONE SERVICES. Don't even need to pay by the hour!
