Utica Coffee Roasting Company

EXCELLENT. I don't usually write reviews, but for this place I had to. This place has the BEST coffee I have ever had in the U.S. I used to be a barista at a few restaurants/shops and man! I have never had anything like this. Not to mention its prices are lower than starbucks with way more taste! They also roast the coffee FRESH! I give this place FIVE STARS, nothing can beat freshly roasted coffee, GOOD JOB!

Good coffee, nice people, but pricey. Their iced coffee makes Starbucks Coffee look like a bargain. But I try to support the locals. It would be nice if doing so was more reasonable.
Personally I prefer the atmosphere at Cafe Domenico as well as the staff and community minded owners.
Utica Coffee is very good, they are part of the Bagg Square come back. But, I guess I prefer the jazz music and atmosphere of Cafe Domenico. If you tend to be self impressed, trendy, or have terminal yuppie decease, then Utica Coffee is your 5 star place. I will continue to support them because I believe local is something you need to support.

Amazing coffee! I live in Cleveland and visit family in Utica several times a year and make sure to take several bags of coffee home with me. Highly recommend the Adirondack Blend and if flavored coffee is preferred the Pistachio.

My husband received a bag of Wake the Hell Up! for Christmas and loved it so much that I purchased him another. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the bag had been opened along one of the ends. I tried to place a return/reorder request through Amazon (where I originally purchased) and was unable to do so. I emailed Utica's customer support and within 24 hours had 2 very friendly replies and within a week a new bag of coffee (and a VERY happy husband)! THANK YOU for being an amazing, local company and for demonstrating what good customer service and standing behind your product are. We've been spreading the word and already have people who are enjoying your K-Cups, ground, and whole bean varieties. If I'm ever up in Utica, I know where I'm making a stop!

The coffee and blueberry muffin were good. A tad pricey, bit I'm happy to pay it to keep this place alive. Go Utica!

Cozy location, a quiet and more private section of the city. My favorite part was being able to sit outside without feeling the fear of bees flying around me, none in sight! Good chai latte, fresh muffin, polite staff, and a clean environment.

If you like coffee, this is where you want to be. All sorts of unique flavors and roasted locally.

Not only are their coffee drinks awesome (which is good for a place with 'coffee' in the name), but their breakfast sandwiches (now with Utica Bread rolls!) are the bomb. As if that weren't enough, the staff is friendly and the prices are good. What more can you ask for?

This place is so good it’s become a bit of a problem for me because I go so often! The staff is very nice and I haven’t had a bad coffee yet, recently been living the honey bee latte.

This coffee is great, easy to drink black. Great taste, great aroma. Added plus: Good staff, you guys cheered my day up. Thanks
