I got $20 dollars worth of gas and they placed an extra $75 dollar hold on my debit card. I called the store and asked if this is normal because I’ve never had that happen to me and the very rude staff on the phone blamed it on the bank. I called the bank and they said Stewart’s pumps automatically place a 75 dollar hold on all gas purchases that take 3 days to go back into your bank account… this should be disclosed on all your pumps!!!!
Good place,, nice stuff,, delicioussssssssssssssssss pizza 😋😋😋 Just one thing that I would like to mention ( homeless people outside store) please take this mentioned seriously,, Thank you
This is a very busy location yet there is great customer service. They really try to be attentive to each customer & seem to be familiar with most people. The food is great for food on the go & the ice cream is amazing with plenty of flavors and toppings. It’s a great spot to grab a few things before or after work or when getting gas .
This location has great staff. Outside needs some work . Garbage at pumps always full. Panhandling is not a hustle for those of you who beg hardworking people who are stressed by the economy for there money.
This store is all around bad. The staff are rude, the panhandling is out of control and the place is filthy. I regrettably stopped today because I needed gas and immediately remembered why I stop here often. How many bad reviews does this place need before corporate does something?
Btw, I didn't end up getting gas because apparently this is the last gas station in the area that doesn't accept Tap To Pay... Not only don't they accept it, they rudely act as if they've never even heard of it. It's 2022, get with the times.
I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT STOP IN THE STORE HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY
This is one of those gas stations where people spend 10 minutes at the cash register picking out 50 scratch-off lottery tickets or having to cycle through 3 different cards.
You're also very likely to get heckled by panhandlers, and while I usually try to give cash every time without question (I don't care what youre spending it on thats not my business, yous till deserve respect) I have also been followed to my car even after saying I don't have cash on me that day.
Stopping here is a commitment. If you're budgeting time, you need to anticipate a 2 minute stop becoming a 10-15 minute stop.
The up-side is that the staff are very very friendly and are working as hard as they can to improve the situation and it does not go unnoticed. But while they try to open up the second register as much ad they can, they also often seem short-staffed and so when they go to open that register they usually have to drop something else important.
I feel like most clientelle treat this place more as a grocery store and cafe than they do a quick place to stop and pick something up. So expect those kind of wait times and lines not regular gas station lines
I normally love Stewart's and used to frequent this one often . But the staff has changed to people full of attitude. When wanting two breakfast sandwiches made I was literally made to feel as though I was burdening them. After my breakfast sandwiches were made the bagels were ice cold. I told the girl who made them that they were cold and she said she alreadyade them so of I wanted it warm I could microwave them myself. Rude. I haven't been back since .
I thought this place would be better given that it was a Stewart's which the chain as a whole usually has quality standards. Unfortunately this place was disgusting. Garbage in the parking lot, disgusting stains on the sidewalk near the entryway, the girl at the register was coughing up a lung and sounded sick, customers kept rudely bumping into me, including the two guys sporting confederate hats (like really? Isn't this the 21st century? Can't we all agree slavery is bad by now?). Not to mention the girl who hit my car with her purse in the parking lot. I was literally parked before you showed up, how hard is to leave enough room between our cars that you can get in/out of your car? To top it off I wanted a slice of pepperoni and a customer cuts the line by going over to a new line and orders the last two slices after I've been waiting for 5+ minutes at what was the only open line. I ended up with a slice of cheese which I threw out after one bite, it tasted like it had been sitting for hours (chewy stale crust, cheese was dried out, etc).
Bottom line, if you can drive the extra mile and go some place else.

Hire more workers. Waited 10 minutes in line for a coffee while the cashier made 5 milkshakes. This is why I go to Byrne Dairy now.
