Came into bagel grove to order 2 bagels bacon egg and cheese with mayonnaise. Little did I know I was actually buying bagels with a pound of mayonnaise. I had more mayonnaise on my bagel then I had an actual egg or bacon. Then to top it off the way employees were talking to one another in front of customers was just disgusting!!! Never coming to this establishment again !

Went in for bagels. Says open until 3 pm. The dude who worked there says they close at 1 today and we asked if we could just get some bagels that were there loose. He ignored me and walked away shaking his head. Bad bad bad customer service. Asked for manager and told her. We left. Don’t go here unless you want ignorant customer service......

Passing through from Brooklyn....The bagels are frozen and microwaved along with eggs and meats.....It is good for people who do not know what a bagel really is! Go to McDonald’s next door you will be disappointed with this place

Bagel Grove has some of the best bagels to offer in Utica. The cream cheese is some of the best i've ever had on my bagel and in general. if you have never been to Bagel Grove and are from Utica you are missing out!

Authentic New York bagels. You can see the big boiler and the oven behind the counter. I had the lox on everything and it was fantastic!
