I stopped by here for lunch one day. We enjoyed sandwich, soup and homemade ice cream! The sandwiches were fresh, and delicious. The homemade cookie dough ice cream was very tasty.

They have such a cozy quiet place to eat. Wonderful soup and sandwiches also great pizza. And of course artic island ice cream by the pint or a selection of novelty ice creams. On nice days they offer covered picnic tables.

Our office got the full treatment today from the staff at Arctic Island! They went the extra mile to make sure we had all the extras (individually packed) for our Fiesta Friday. Not only were the giant chicken and beef burritos delicious but they also included cilantro, pico de gallo, sour cream, spicy guacamole, jalapenos, plus chips and drinks. Really well done and appreciated by everyone. Thank you!!!

Best sandwiches and soft-serve ice cream in town! The entire staff is very friendly. Get to this place if you're looking for a delectable lunch and a wide selection of sweet desserts for afterwards.

My favorite since childhood. Excellent ice cream, vegan too. Coffee sandwiches pizza you name it! The best!

Extremely disappointed today. I ordered a chocolate and vanilla twist in a cone. I was given extremely runny, melty ice cream, that fell over before I could even get it to the car. Wasn't too upset as it was a hot day and things happen, but as I was about to get in the car I realized that the cone I was given was completely broken. Ice cream was dripping out of a hole in the bottom, as well as a large crack in the side. Definitely will not be back soon, complete waste of money.

Great local coffee shop. The drinks are well made and the food is very good. And adding a shot of espresso to a milk shake is the real hidden gem in Syracuse!

A nice and friendly sandwich shop. Everyone is welcome. A good place to have lunch if you work in the Valley Area of Syracuse. A great place to grab a morning coffee or a light dinner if you live in the Valley.
