For such a small and quiet coffee shop, the egos that run the place seem to suffer from Napoleon syndrome...not only was the coffee nothing to write home about, but apparently you overstay your welcome after a few hours of sipping their subpar coffee and studying in the QUIET shop...didn't pass the vibe.

Paid $7 for a glass of milk colored green by the so called matcha latte… barista was friendly but quite slow. Prob the worst “matcha” latte I’ve ever had

Really nice little coffee shop, I get their regular hot coffee and it's excellent. Way better than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. The staff is really friendly too.

On my first visit my cappuccino was lukewarm so I figured I would give it another shot went there the next day at five after eight and they weren’t open yet and a guy inside the store held up five fingers letting me know they would be open in five minutes According to the website the store opens at 8 AM so I when the third day at 8:20 the store was not open so I went across the street to Cardinali bakery got a cappuccino large And that was delicious I will not go back to One Spring coffee shop again. Considering the shop is near to the SYOSSET train station between the two bagel stores across the street from A bakery and right down the block from Dunkin’ Donuts you would think that they would open earlier or at least on time to accommodate commuters and area folks

Cute lil local place. Went to a wine tasting at The Wine Specialist and followed it with an oat milk (tks for recc) macchiato and blueberry muffin. Both were outstanding.

Haven't tried the coffee yet but the tea and cranberry orange biscotti was great, and very friendly service. Will definitely come back often.
