Stamford Coffee

Definitely stop in when in Stamford: coffee is great, pasties are flaky and delish, and Vincent is the best! Stopped here twice while visiting the area and great service/ treats both times!

Came in from Austin, Texas and was immediately impressed. Price is right and the aesthetic is extremely warm and welcoming. Bright, open colors mixed with Catskill decor and a record player.

Stumbled upon this adorable cafe after book shopping in the nearby town. This is a don’t miss! The owners were so sweet and accommodating. We got the coffee cake muffins and the best latte my daughter has ever had. The outside seating is done in a cheerful yellow with beautiful flowers that enhanced our visit! We will be back!!! Wonderful place!!”

This place is great. Big inside area, nicely decorated. Fun outdoor area - great place to hang and chat with friends. I had a cappuccino which had a really pleasant lingering aftertaste that I particularly like from coffee. Pastries etc all looked amazing. I have to say that food quality is as important to me as coffee quality at a coffee shop… especially if you’re going to go on a daily basis (if you’re a local). I had a cinnamon bun which was really great — and not overly sweet (points for that). Pro tip: they make their capp’s Italian style (almost all foam) so if you’re like me and prefer a mix of milk and foam let them know when you order. Everyone was super-friendly.

Best coffee shop in Stamford - hands down!! The staff are all wonderful, the aesthetic is on point and of course the coffee and food is top notch! I will definitely be visiting again.

My husband and I love to come here at least once a week to get our latte and mocha! We enjoy and appreciate the kind staff, and the vibe they created. It's one of those cafes you feel like you want to hang out at all day! The baked goods are pretty yummy too ;)

Stamford coffee is the best coffee around! Incredibly friendly staff and a lovely calm ambiance. Locals and out-of-towners alike combine for a fun experience in a small town. I always stop in whenever I get the chance! 5 stars!!!!

This spot is one of the crown jewels in the western Catskills! Julian and the staff are great, the coffee is great...and the empanadas are exquisite. And some of you will really appreciate the vintage audio equipment and music that get us of a certain age to smile (Nancy and Lee never sounded so good).

Charming small town coffeeshop well worth the minor detour! My empanada was scrumptious and my drink delicious. While I did not try the sandwiches, they did look tasty and they had a good mix of sandwiches. Lastly, the staff was super friendly and helpful!
