Tend Coffee

Love this coffee shop. Before you even get in the door you can snarl their freshly roasted coffee beans. This little local gen has great handcrafted drinks and pastries! Must try!

Simply the best coffee shop on the island. Unfortunately you have to travel to shirley to get it. Fortunately they ship their organic, fresh roasted coffee anywhere!

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 7 years. But as someone who works in the hospital and was almost exclusively treating covid patients this past spring, your careless approach to customer safety during the pandemic is appalling. I have been there about 3 times since April. Each time I have seen crowds of customers without masks. I reached out to management and my husband did as well multiple times, with no reply. There were no signs and no enforcement of mask wearing each time I was there, even after I reached out. Everyone needs to do their part and keep each other accountable to keep this deadly disease at bay, businesses included.

My favorite coffee shop. The staff, the owner are all lovely. The coffee is absolutely incredible and it’s now all I drink!

Love this place. The staff knows me and smiles and says hello. In ny book this is a good start. The coffee is certified organic and amazing. Why go to Starbucks where the coffee sucks.

Coffee was pretty good. But no inside seating, little outside seating, and no bathroom even for paying customers. If you’re looking for a sit down spot, this isn’t the one.

The owners and staff at Tend clearly take pride in their craft! The coffee is made perfectly - roasted on site, and they come up with some interesting creations with their drinks. Mostly, though, I come here for the baked goods (wha??? Lol). The almond croissant is awesome, and they have another one - not sure of the name, but I'll call it the baked vanilla custard croissant thingie - that is pure heaven...especially if you're lucky to get it right out of the oven (they'll politely warn you it's too hot, but don't listen). Sadly, I'm deducting a star for the ambience. Very little in terms of comfortable seating. Not sure why they designed it with such a huge amount of space between the counter and the machines (the staff have at least twice as much room as the patrons do). They'd do better to recede the counter, dim the lights, and add a couch or two. Still, though - love the coffee, love the baked vanilla custard croissant thingie, and like the polite and attentive staff (I'd say "love", but I have a hard time committing to relationships).

I honestly can't say enough about 10 their coffee is really good I would hope that brookhouse Deli which source their coffee from you guys cuz I think it would be a a wonderful pairing I love all the basic qualities you make and I have not been dissatisfied yet

Local brews more delicious than Starbucks. Great atmosphere and workers. Feels like Central Perk on Friends. Love it here.
