Disappointed twice.. First time I went in I ordered a cold brew, they were out of all but two cold brews, ordered an iced coffee, it was terrible, basically water with brown food coloring. I figured this was growing pains. Went a second time and it wasn’t any better. They need to reevaluate their operations and address, because right now it’s not worth visiting a third time.

Cool local vibe. Certainly not a big box feeling like the store's predecessor. Coffee selection was expansive. Will definitely return back when in the area.

Went in with a friend on my lunch break... we should have taken the fact that someone unhappily walked out as we walked in as a sign. Although it was very nice inside, clean, and everything looked appetizing, the service was abhorrent. I watched all the batristas take orders and constantly ask the other patrons and my friend to repeat what they ordered, and I was completely skipped over. I came because I wanted coffee, but in combination with everything previously mentioned and the long wait, I only bought the wrap I had in hand and left. Very disappointed.

Atmosphere and location are nice. Coffee is mediocre and not as hot as it should be, baked goods are decent, breakfast sandwiches awful. I miss the Starbucks that used to be in this location.

Im gonna give this place a hard 1 star, if i can go lower i would. I ordered an rainbow cookie iced coffee, cinnamon toast crunch latte, and a lucky charms latte.. all tasted the same absolutely no flavor i might as well have drank the coffee black at that point thats what i felt like i was drinking. Ill stick with my 10$ starbucks drink atleast i know i have flavor :)

I was an avid bean drinker ( Bayshore & Patchogue) so I was in the area and stopped into Sayville today, no cold brews available so I asked if the iced coffee was watered down- she said no it “should be fine”. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with what was supposed to be a tiny splash of milk- to say the least I just wasted $5 and don’t have any coffee for the day. I could have made a $5 cup of water at home. Why open a coffee shop if you can’t get one thing right??

Living in Sayville I always try to support our local merchants. I have been here three times since they opened. While drinking each cup of coffee ordered, I encountered small coffee grind particles. When I finished each cup ordered, at the bottom were lots of coffee grinds and sediment. Three strikes and you're out.

Ordered 3 different coffees, a vanilla latte, peppermint mocha, and Caramel latte. All tasted bland and the same as the others. Long wait which I understand since they just opened. But not worth waiting 20 mins for similar tasting coffee I could have made at home.

Figured I’d try the new coffee shop in town with everyone raving over it. It’s not all the hype. Parking was horrible, I ordered a caramel macchiato. The only good part was the flavored milk the espresso tasted horrible and they forgot to put caramel drizzle on my drink. I wouldn’t recommend this place to coffee shop hunters. I’d rather stick with other coffee shops

First time in this location and it’s great. Coffee was fresh and perfect. Atmosphere is awesome. And to top it off, everyone was so pleasant!!!! Great job guys!!!!!!
