Welcoming ambiance, fast service, delicious coffee & fully stocked condiment bar. I would definitely visit Uncommon Grounds again.

The best bagels & coffee in town. Always the best bang for the buck.

Comfy. Productive. Good. It's a bustling place. Local and visitors alike seem to enjoy it. We sat at the counter facing the large windows. There is outside seating on this sunny day with temperatures in the high 50s. The chai latte is solid. We didn't have lunch here, incorrectly thinking they only served bagel sandwiches. They actually serve soup and salads as well. A lot of folks with laptops indicate this is a top spot for getting studies or work done. We'll be back when in Saratoga Springs again.

Really good bagels! Nice and roomy, friendly service.

Long lines, but they move quickly. Excellent bagels, fresh everyday.. nice selection of signature sandwiches, and great coffee with your choice of oat/almond/soy milk… lots of seating inside and the patio is dog friendly!

I love this place, but it’s best to just let them make you whatever they feel like at the moment. The bagel orders are almost always wrong, whether it’s taken incorrectly at the register or made wrong.
No consistency with drinks, matcha latte could be great one day and just warm milk the next. BUT this place is an institution, and the ambiance is perfect.

Good soup and great bagels, looks like the place to be in town!

I can't believe how amazing these bagels were/are! Great place, I wish we had bagels like this in Colorado.
Side note: I have to admit, I watched as the manager was placed in an incredibly awkward position by a customer. The customer came into the food area with a 'service dog' that was actually an 'emotional support' dog. Not only was the dog untrained in the eyes of the ADA, but it was disruptive and aggressive. Typical of today's world, the owner of the dog made a fuss, the fuss resulted in a very professional mannered woman having to make a hard decision. She decided in favor of the customers and establishment and asked the person and dog to wait outside where she would personally take their orders due to the aggressive nature of the dog. Of course the person made an incredible fuss and threatened everything and everyone, I give the shop a lot of credit in how they handled that situation. Moral of the story, an Emotional Support Dog is not protected, and if you cannot control your mutt get out of the restaurant.
Besides that, great freaken bagel!
