Service was friendly but I can say that this is the worst latte I have ever had. I don’t know how it ended up so bad but it was awful enough for me to write a review about. My wife and I ordered the same drink, they were equally as bad and she commented that even Starbucks was better. Do better. Again, I’m sorry-

Initial review: Perfect cappuccinos.
1st Update: We came back and got several drinks including a matcha latte very specifically to be made with soy milk. Unfortunately whole regular milk was used and our friend got very ill.
2nd Update: We have gotten coffee here many more times and have gotten very burned/bitter tasting cappuccinos and several times they were lukewarm immediately after being served.

There is always a line for this place! They have made to order smoothies, teas, coffee, breakfast and sandwiches! I only had the coffee, it was nice and the cashier was smiley and happy! I'll have to go back for some food!

Went here last summer all the time. This year was sorely disappointed. Perhaps new owner? Would no longer reccomend. Very unorganized and rude staff. The place has also become very unclean, I've noticed bugs both times I was here over the summer including fairly sizable cockroaches. There are tons of places to get something to eat and a cup of coffee in Sag Harbor, try a different one.

Food was very subpar. The avocado toast was specifically bad compared to a normal avocado toast. It was simply mashed avocado thrown on top of a flimsy piece of toast. No seasoning. No options. Bland and boring. The espresso was okay but the cold brew was below average. Overall the experience was bad. The people did not seem very friendly and a gentleman who seemed lile the owner was very loud and condescending. Would not recommend this place.

Great place, super people, service.
Just had Lobster 🦞 roll. Best I've had. My new all time favorite Lobster Roll on East End.

Great mix of food. I love the Salads and Quinoa Bowls. You add your veggies in an "al a carte" style. Pizza and sandwiches are good too. Can't go wrong here and oh I forgot they got good coffee too. The owner did a great job with the interior design and it looks like he's up to more, so pop in and check them out.

I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. I have a health condition, doctor approved, that prevents me from wearing a mask. I still wear one out of respect for others when out and about and, well, because they make you. As I’m social distancing in line to order a simple coffee, an outspoken RUDE customer in line starts throwing his hands in the air and yelling at me because my mask isn’t covering my nose completely, well, because I don’t want an ambulance called! He then proceeds to complain to the kid cashier who when I approach in closer contact I held my mask above my nose, again, out of respect. He then proceeds to yell at me as well, throw his hands in the air and refuses to take my two second order. Everyone is different and don’t share the same views and have things going on that you are not aware of. I will NEVER go back there again!!

If I could give Sagtown more than 5 stars I would. I love this place. They serve La Colombe coffee which has a nice bold but not bitter flavor. The pastries are delivered fresh every morning and are delicious. The staff always goes over and above to help as well.
