Can’t say enough. Bread Alone watch out…there’s a new game in the Catskills. Best Coffee, Baked Goods, Sandwiches in the Catskills. The Porch out front is the BEST place in town to hang in the nice weather and did I mention the market on site as well? I’d give 100 stars if possible. Love this place and the amazing staff that keeps it going.

For such a small town, it's a gift that this restaurant provides the service and quality of food that it does, and it remains open. A real treasure for the area.

Had a great lunch here yesterday. Delicious coffee, sandwich, and an amazing fresh blueberry pie for the road. Friendly staff and stylish space. Definitely worth the drive - perfect location in town, with rooms for rent if you decide to stay.

We stayed in Roxbury for a week and, after stumbling upon Watershed on day one, made sure to return each day. The coffee and espresso drinks are delicious but, more importantly, Peter and Andrew, the owners, and their staff are absolutely lovely, engaging and a real pleasure to chat with. The ambiance also can’t be beat and, if my commute wouldn’t be 2.5 hours from NYC, I’d post up here to work on the regular. Can’t wait for our next getaway here!

The watershed remind me of a small little Cafe shop in Brooklyn. The food and coffee are both very good. I recommend this place.

This is my first time in town, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot for breakfast. Latte with double shot and drip coffee were both great. Had bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel…. Sooo good. Bagel was a nice big soft bagel and the bacon was crispy. Great way to start off our come morning before hitting the slopes. Highly recommend! Can wait to try the pastries.

Friendly staff and fast, fresh food. They have several delicious vegan options. My husband and I had a lovely lunch.

Bar none the best coffee you will get in the Catskills. Toe to toe with the best coffee shops of the city. Amazingly kind owners who clearly provide a happy workplace as staff have always been nothing but kind and attentive. Pastries are choice and the food is amazing.

A hidden gem tucked deep into the Catskills in quiet Roxbury NY. The guys from Watershed are great people and have beautified this sleepy little town with their amazing coffee shop/ grocery store. The food and coffee are amazing and delicious. I can't sing enough praises about the great job they are doing and how they have breathed some life into Roxbury. I remember a few years back, the only spot open in town was the gas station.. Now we have Watershed, The Old Mill, Chappies, etc etc. It's amazing what is happening here in the Catskills, and it's great to have people who take pride in their craft move here and add to the magic that is upstate NY. Keep up the excellent work
