Food is good but service is very lacking. Went in and stood in a long line to order. The cashier skipped me twice to help other people. Was then told I had to order food at a different counter which is not clearly marked at all. Went to order food just to be given a ticket to bring back to the other counter, wait in line again, for them to just type in what I ordered at the other counter. It was a single sandwich and would have taken them zero time to just take my order the first time I waited in line. An absurd experience to say the least.

I ordered one of their seasonal fall drinks and was very impressed. The cafe is very nice and well taken care of inside and out. The outdoor area was lovely too!! I highly recommend the Frozen Pumpkin Pie Chia Latte!

First time here and loved it. It's not just for coffee and tea. Four of us had wraps and paninis and ate on their outdoor patio. The staff was super friendly with taking our order and bringing us our food. If I wasn't so full I would have taken home some carrot cake, muffins or macarons. Everything looked so good. Next time.

Love the lattes and tea selection. Great assortment of desserts! Cozy atmosphere. I do wish they asked for names and called them out/wrote them on the cup to make the pick-up process a little smoother. I’ve called ahead to order drinks multiple times and the past 2 times that I’ve gone to pick them up they hadn’t even started making them which was a little frustrating. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling ahead.

I will say the food is delicious HOWEVER there is a young man that was working today when I ordered 5 sparkling lemonades. He was rude, extremely rude. It seemed to be a difficult task to tell me the sizes, did not help when I attempted to to pay. He stormed off into the back to to get the ingredients. He said that it was an inconvenience to make 5 drinks and should have ordered ahead. Every time when ordering ahead, I am told to not order drinks and order drinks when picking up the food. He then slammed the drinks on the counter. Who hires and then allows a human like this to talk to customers? He needs to be held accountable for his rude actions. The managers did not apologize and instead defended the rude behavior. I was refunded and left the drinks on the counter.

I've been going here for over 10 years and it has great music, good prices, good food, and a good staff. Good place to do some work or talk with some friends, the only problem is that it's grown so popular that too many people around can be a nuisance at times.

We finally found an espresso in the Rochester area to bring forth memories of Paris. We will be back. We only had coffee so I can't rate the food, hence the 4 stars.

Always a kind and quick crew working, even when there is a line out the door! The coffee is amazing if you like serious coffee or something more fluffy and fun. Great food with reasonable prices
The seating is well spaced and comfortable.
The outdoor seating is even better! So much space and sunshine.
Most importantly the are and continue to be covid compliant, keeping their staff and customers safe, enforcing masks and distance and cleaning frequently.

The owner, Bill, has treated his employees unfairly and unprofessionally. I have witnessed him cursing out his employees loudly while people were in the store and being extremely unapologetic. This behavior seems unacceptable when you are the owner of this business and everyone else in charge of the business is family as well, meaning any and all behavior goes dismissed or overlooked. As a former customer, I can easily say I will not be returning as long as he is there. Considering how he treats his employees, and seeing this interaction, I do not want any part of the environment he has created. My heart goes out to those that are left silent in fear of losing their jobs; hopefully any inappropriate behavior will not be dismissed going further and the customers/employees will be more comfortable there
