Bean & Bean Queens

Nice open area and modern interior. The break area for coffee lovers is great for students, but they never seem to leave for others customers to get a chance to sit and enjoy their refreshment. Coffee was good, but wish they had a coffee press to extract more flavor from the ground coffee.

A spacious café and the coffee is decent, better than most shops in the area. BUT the staff is rude and the wait time is too much. If someone asks you for one pump of whatever syrup, you don't reply in a rude sarcastic tone that it doesn't affect the price. I wasn't asking if it affected the price or not, I've been to enough coffee shops to know it doesn't. It's just how I prefer my coffee. I definitely wouldn't return, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and loved their sandwiches; would like to be back to try other coffee selections. Only thing... I had Jamaican blue mountain (i’ve had it before so that’s why i ordered) but it could have been better if It was brewed better? Or correctly? Or by more experienced barista...

Overpriced drinks, rude staff, and not temperature controlled.

It didn’t look like the pictures online. Inside has bunch of boxes and shelves and the coffee wasn’t good. I attached a picture here so you can see how messy it look inside.

I’m a longtime customer at the Bean & Bean on Wall Street and this location is just as good. The cold brew is strong and delicious, and the staff is always friendly. This new location is also a really relaxing space to study or work in, definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Excellent place and coffee but a HOWEVER… you changed bakers and I am disappointed. No more Monkey Bread and Sticky (delicious) Pecan bun…. WHY? Can you at least order those two? They are always on demand. Plzzzz 😍

We paid $38 for the whole order and they literally handed us a bagel and cream cheese separate. Even at cheap delis they at least put the cream cheese on for you. They made a mistake giving me a hot drink instead of ice. The breads are stale as if it’s been sitting out for days. The customer service is terrible. They seem inconvenienced when we mentioned the mistake they just handed me a cup of ice. Never coming back again and not recommending this place to anyone we know

Service is always excellent. Friendly but not fake. Efficient but not hurried. They know their regulars and kind to all. The morning manager is always leading by example!
