We stay in the area several times a year and go to Brio's every time! It's our fave! Family friendly (even though it's attached to a bar), casual (you order at the counter and they bring to you) we usually head to the larger back space behind the bar and there's never a rush; even though it can be crowded and hectic at the counter, once seated the servers are super friendly and attentive. By this point we've ordered every type of food on the menu and it's always great. Definitely recommend!

Its been a long time coming to leave a review for this place but go figure two years later after a night session snowboarding at my local, anyways, long overdue, here goes.

Love this place! My buddy and I discovered this place while chasing the Catskill high peaks and always make time to stop in for eats whenever we are close by. Staff is very friendly and their food and desserts are always filling and delicious!

My photo doesn't do justice of the amazing pizza, but the toppings were fresh, and the crust was phenomenal taste and texture-wise!

We got take out twice. First night we called in to order pizzas which were really for pick up in 20 minutes. Pizzas were good and fresh. Second night we stopped and went with Mexican this time. Food was ready in like 15 minutes. It was good and portions were decent. The whole family was happy.

Our meal was great! Our server, can't remember her name but the beautiful one with the scorpion tattoo on her wrist was awesome. I had the fish sandwich which was great and the sweet potato fries were wonderful.

Absolute gem in the woods. I got the brio twist and when I lifted the sandwich I thought I had grabbed the entire plate it was so heavy. Great ingredients and well made. Love the waft of wood smoke from the pizza oven as soon as you walk in.

Looking to enjoy one of the early spring warm nights, we took a ride west and decided to try Brio’s. We were glad we did because the food was very good, and the prices were very reasonable. We liked the process of ordering at the counter then taking a seat. We sat outside and once seated, the wait staff was quick and available.

This place was nice, has friendly service and a huge menu!

We only got a few items but everything tasted good.

The pizza was a bit small and didn’t really taste like a NYC slice but ya know what, I still really enjoyed it!

The curly fries where crisp and were not dry. I didn’t want to eat too much and spoil my dinner but I couldn’t help but keep eating them :-p

I did not personally have the carrot cake but my friends raved about it.

I had two sodas and my friend has a beef. The sodas were a great brand and were flavorful and my friend said the beer that the staff recommended was spot on and delicious.

Like I said, I only had a few things but their menu was huge. Seemed like they had a huge menu full of Italian and Tex-Mex dishes with plenty of appetizers and menu items for kids if you are also just looking for a snack.

They have a huge space inside that looks like it offers places to sit down (when that’s allowed again), a nice big bar, and a dozen tables outside to enjoy.

Went for a motorcycle ride today with a friend and ended up at Brio's restaurant. This was my first time and "WOW" was the food excellent, nice atmosphere and excellent service! Definitely will be back again!

Response to below: thanks for the prompt reply. we came in Saturday between 630 and 7. The woman at the counter was being very dismissive to all our questions. For example the wifi wasn't working for me and when we asked if something was wrong with it she just shrugged her shoulders in a rude way and kept walking. On the garlic point, there is way too much olive oil such that the pizza was extremely soggy and we had mouthfuls of oil.

Most genuinely rude and apathetic service ever from the woman upfront at the counter. I get that it's a busy place but we went to three different restaurants in phoenicia and they were much nicer (Woodstock brewery and phoenicia diner) and the food was honestly better. Pizza was soggy and what they advertise as fresh garlic definitely isn't fresh.
