We popped through on our way off the Island. We were looking for coffee and a bite to eat, something a little more healthy and fulfilling than the drive-thru coffee stop.
There were many options to choose from. I would've gone sweet with some of that incredible looking French Toast they offer, but I kept it lighter with the Eggs & Avocado. My partner got the Classic Eggs. We also got hot coffee, which was good and just what we needed. The inspiring little doodles on the cup made us smile.
We sat outside, as it was a little busy inside. I couldn't believe how fast it was ready! Everything was presented well and tasty too: avocado was fresh and well-seasoned; eggs were cooked perfectly and the home fries were delicious. I was worried about the candied tomatoes and arugula, but everything was fresh with a good flavor.
The prices were on the higher end of average, but the portion sizes more than made up for that. I couldn't finish it all.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When we needed something, they were there in a second.
Very impressed overall.
(Oh and staff were properly masked up!)

First time here for breakfast. Came with other and we had no complaints. You will definitely take home food.
Also the Carmel mocha
coffee was very good. I Will be returning.

Cute decor! The food is decent but there is nothing on the menu that has blown me away. We came here a few times and doordash as well. Hubby's favorite thing is the burrito and I love their cappuccino. They also have flavored hollandaise sauce and egg Benedict creations which is different. Service is friendly.

For those of you rereading these reviews and are not too familiar with the area, this community has undergone quite a change in eating establishments. And nowadays in Patchogue, the competition is fierce. To this quarter of a century resident it came as a pleasant surprise to know that Rise and Grind can easily compete with the best of them.

Was very excited to eat here. However- food was cold - all came out very quick and cold🤔. Potatoes were not cooked and crunchy. Tomatoes were iced cold like just came out of refrigerator. Husband ordered crispy fries and got soggy. Was so loud we couldn’t talk with each other. Unfortunately this place is not a returnable place for us

I discovered this place on a whim whilst grabbing a cup of coffee with a coworker. The decor was very nice & we spoke with one of the owners who was extremely friendly and hospitable.
The latte was so delicious that I decided to order some breakfast a few days after through Uber. Food arrived hot and it may have been some of the best corned beef hash I've tasted. Very fresh, and high quality - not the stuff you get out of a can.
I will absolutely be returning, and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast/brunch option.

Underwhelmed. Friendly service and tasty coffee. My husband got an omelet and corned beef hash. I got traditional eggs Benedict and asked to add avocado to it; for the coffee I got the black and white latte. Eggs cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce looked delicious, however the hollandaise sauce was very bland. No flavor, undetectable acid. They gave me avocado mash, which I wasnt expecting—I was hoping for sliced avocado. Normally, I would be ok with mash so when I saw it I didn't say anything, but this mash tasted store bought and tasted like it had preservatives in it. I scraped it off. Overall, I would not go back. Again very friendly service, but I just didn't dig the food. My husband enjoyed his corned beef hash though.

I was a party of 2 on 4/2 the place was very nice, clean and parking was easy. We were told 20 minute wait list gave our number and waited. We noticed they called those that came after us and when we approached them they did seat us . Would not take our request to be seated in a booth. Chairs are uncomfortable. The room in the back was cold and my sunny side egg wasn’t cooked thoroughly.
The waitress was very nice and brought out food quickly and it was warm. Except for the eggs , my egg and avocado dish was good. Given other reviews this was probably a one time thing.

Ideal place if you are looking for specialty coffee or a brunch at a comfy place. Really like the long list of lattes that include signature flavors like the sneakers or coconut lattes. Also a fan of the many different alternatives that allows you to do all sorts of mixes creating the perfect breakfast. I have to say however that although the bennies were decent, they were not amazing. Service a little slow in between drinks and dishes, but very friendly.

Favorite breakfast place in Patchogue! Amazing food, and the coffees are all perfect. Fast service with a smile. Our waitress Carmen was just the best! Accommodating and kind. Will be coming back here as often as possible!
