It's a cute coffe/drink place that has a food menu. Kind of nice that it's not the typical Market Street restaurant. Love that it is open for carry out orders and pickup orders during the cold months. Prices are a little high, but I like nice things and am willing to pay extra for quality.
Went with my wife and kiddos very revelry. The ice cream was the same flavor and quality as that of Great Value Brand (from Walmart); it was mostly icy and not creamy at all with a very bland flavor. I could barely tell my strawberry ice cream was supposed to be strawberry. My wife’s strawberry shortcake Sunday had only two sliced strawberries in it, on a very hard biscuit. Even the toddler turned up her nose. Prices aren’t listed on the board at all. Luckily they aren’t too horrible in price, being just under $15 for two kiddie ice creams and a sundae. This is expensive for the area but the kiddies were the size of small area other shops so maybe a bit more ice cream per price. The young ladies working, although polite, seemed confused and were getting orders mixed up and setting them at the window not calling out the order ir belong to. When customers asked “is this mine” the one woman responded “honestly I have no idea, I just made it.” I think better communication between the person taking the orders, the person making it, and the person putting the order out, could be greatly improved. Perhaps we will try again and re evaluate. However there are plenty of other ice cream shops in the area we haven’t had these issues with.
What a great place. It's nice to have options and customer service when I'm picking up a coffee in the morning. If you are like me and just want a decent cup of coffee, and not battery acid, or diabetes to cover up their battery acid coffee (I'm talking about you DD) then stop in for a cup. I have had thier milkshakes before all have been THICK and delicious. Had a chance to meet the owner. Cierra is a wonderful young motivated woman. I'm happy to see the success she is having..Keep it up!!!
Had the warm cookie-dough topped with ice cream and it was great. Lots of options available. It's too bad pricing isn't listed but you can always ask. Overall, you can't go wrong with this place.
Delicious! My partner and I ordered 2 breakfast bagels. A Whole lotta Gouda and The Heart Attack were our choices.. The bagel extremely fresh and soft, the service was warm and friendly, Everything was really great.. We will be back.. Thank You!!
I would skip this and go to the other location on Ridge Road/Wygant in Horseheads. That location is absolutely awesome. It's leagues better compared to this location.
Customer service is extremely lacking. If you're picking up an order inside the workers will ignore you, I've seen them go as far as to hide when people go inside. They routinely say they're out of things when you try to order. I've seen many people (myself included) leave frustrated.
Most of the employees I've dealt with look absolutely miserable and act like they don't want to be there.
I absolutely understand paying more for small businesses as they typically have better quality than corporations. On multiple occasions there have been significant issues with quality of product vs the price they're selling it at.
I've dealt with the watery milkshakes, and bagles with very little dressing/toppings. When I have brought up quality the workers have shrugged it off.
I moved from Horseheads to Painted Post and was so excited for another location to open up near me. I'm so disappointed in this location and will probably skip it and go to either the parent location or some other establishment.

Gotta try the Vanilla Chia. Better than Starbucks! Wanna make it better? Have them make you a Vanilla Chia Milkshake. My kiddos love it here.

Good food and delicious freshly brewed coffee, I heartily recommend this place. Great service.

Don't understand why the "soft vanilla icecream" consistency is so watery and melted. Offered a cup with my cone cause it was so soft.
