Luke did an Amazing Job!
My Husband And I Came in to Get some Ice Cream after our Walk In the Park 4/16/23.
We went over to the cooler and Tried to find The Ice Cream that we originally went there for...which was the Tiramisu. They didn't have it so I decided to try a Hand Scoop Pint Flavor.
We Went up there and stared at the Menu and I wanted to try a Limited Edition Flavor... because of Luke!

I asked Luke what the Daily Grind Ice Cream was. He was very Knowledgeable. He told me it was Rich Coffee Ice Cream with Marshmallow Swirls and Fudge Pieces. I said "Yeah, Give me some of that!"
He laughed and smiled.
Finally! Someone at Stewart's who isn't Gloomy and Miserable.
He made the Two Scoops VERY Healthy!! So thank you for that!!!
Luke appears to be a very good Direction Follower and
He was helping other customers whilst Doing our Order.
Good Job on Multitasking.

He was Very Fast and Efficient in His Job. My Husband asked for a Peanut Butter and Chocolate MilkShake. My Husband enjoyed his Milkshake A Lot, and was made to the Perfect Consistency. He had us IN & OUT in Under Five Minutes!

Probably the Fastest Stewarts Trip Ever!!
Luke is Proficient while Dealing with People. Fast, Cheery and Helpful!

Thanks Luke!

The issue with this store is it has become a hangout for the vagrants. Taking up space at the booths and milking a coffee all day to stay. It's crazy at times. Booths are filthy a lot also. The staff are nice people but something needs to be done about the other situation.

The young guy working tonight at the register with the mustache was super friendly. Thank you for your Chinese recommendations. Have a Merry Christmas!

Always great selection of goodies! Great employees. It's a very busy store and the folks work hard to keep it clean! And in summer, it's very cool in the store, thankfully! Their brand of ice cream is the best! So many flavors!

This is the best Stewart’s in upstate New York bar none. I really appreciate them being open late for us travelers who are weary I continue on my journey with the confidence of knowing that I have been in the best Stewart’s in all of upstate New York. Cheers.

I shop Stewarts frequently I've never seen the things I've seen at this store in Oneonta in particular always out of things who ever does the ordering needs to be fired to add I just got two ready made egg sandwich I wouldn't even feed them to my kids

Multiple times I go into this store to get gas before or after work, and multiple times have I sat and watched one worker (usually the girl) get slammed with ice cream orders while the other worker (usually a guy) stand by the coffee pot with a clipboard just watching. No offers to open up another register or help. I can't tell you how many times I've walked out or seen others walk out because no one is trying to wait 10-15 minutes for a someone to make 10 milkshakes whilean attendant just sits there and watched the chaos unfold. Nice workers, terrible at time management and swiftness

Today 7/12 I bought a few things there was one cash register open then the other girl had an attitude on her face showed like didn't want to be bothered. It made me feel nervous thinking she may yell at me. For her problems. She said lot loud if your not buying ice cream I'll take someone.wow! If she is going to be like 5hat with customers she don't need to work there.

Stopped and filled my vehicle with reg. gas, seems strange that my vehicle held a whole 1/2 gallon more then it ever has. I've filled my vehicle 100s of times and have personally driven it over 151 thousand miles. And yes I realize tanks can expand or contract in warm or cold weather but like I said I've filled it once or twice and never put in that extra 1/2 gallon.

Yesterday I went in at 6:04 for a dinner break. I ordered a meatball sub; but they didn't have meatballs - so I was told in "just a minute" they'd have them. I waited 20minutes, all the while listening to the workers bad-mouth the morning staff. The lady worker asked the man cooking the meatballs if they were ready, to which he replied he had just finished thawing 3 out (I ordered a footlong, which I assume has 6meatballs). My break was up and I had to leave, so I asked the lady to just put turkey on my sub - she did and I left disappointed.

Today, I come in at about 5:20. 3 women and (what I presume to be a manager) were gossiping by the ice cream while one man was making what looked to be 5 subs for an order. The manager lady was eating a hotdog while loudly talking with her mouth full about her daughter's basketball game.

I stepped to the pre-made subs and saw 2meatball subs were prepped. They were badly dried and the cheese had crusted. The sell-by claimed they were good until 7pm. Having worked in the food industry for 10yrs I can unequivocally say that they were given a false sell-by; those subs were made well before 3pm - I'd guess 1pm. Furthermore, the door to the hot-holding case was ajar, so they were completely cold.

I went over to the hotdogs, only to find they hadn't replenished any condiments, so they had no relishes and were out of mustard packets. After hearing the manager yell across the room with a mouthful, I decided I wasn't interested. One of the ladies did, however, ask me if I had been served yet - which I appreciate.

I just wanted a sandwich after working 16hrs. I'm sorry my patronage was such an inconvenience and I'll do my best to no longer purchase from this store.
