Staff do not properly wear masks inside. Wearing a disposable mask without covering your nose and mouth is the same as not wearing a mask at all. Coffee is subpar and leaves a lot to be desired. Milk isn’t frothed using a machine, instead the staff use a machine and a spoon to scoop up froth to imitate the milk for a flat white coffee. I wouldn’t come here again and with the new owner, unfortunately it’s just not up to snuff.

Customer service very pleasant, coffee excellent, pastries to come back for I want to try them all.what a lovely shop that I will return to.Norwich is lucky to have such a nice coffee shop that you can buy other stuff also.

Desserts are delicious. Coffee is the best tasting around.. costumer service is top notch. Highly recommend..
