Great sandwiches and coffee, freshly served to order. Huge variety. Definitely will go again, unless needing to get my Wings fix.

Enjoyed the turmeric chai latte, hash, and crunchy french toast. This is a friendly spot that was a welcome find - all the food was flavorful and they give you real maple syrup, which is very necessary. Friendly service and ample seating outdoors

Great little menu in an eclectic self-serve setting. Delicious baked goods. We split a chocolate croissant bread pudding with raspberry sauce and came back the next day for breakfast - crunchy French toast with blueberries and lemon and a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious. The staff was helpful and kind on both visits.
Oh and free wifi which is a luxury around here.

First, let me say that I went late on a Sunday morning, which made for a very crowded experience so I may try again at a different point. Having said that, the food was good but not what I expected for the price. The 'shop' (where you order the food) looked VERY promising with lots of locally grown and harvested items, so I will definitely go back for that. Staff was nice and the place was charming.

We regularly travel 30 minutes and drive over a mountain to get breakfast here. The food quality, selection, and presentation are all worth 5 stars and the building and atmosphere deserve 6 stars. The slightly higher prices are very worth paying for what you will receive.

Great food in a cozy and slightly vintage setting. Could do with better hospitality though, their staff (except the cashier/host up front) wasn't the friendliest bunch in town.

A must visit favorite when we are in the area. The food is awesome and we love the friendly staff. It's been about a year since we've been up, so the bar addition was a surprise! It's a beautiful set up, hope it works out for the cafe! An absolute must if you are looking for great comfort food.

I love this place. It has great staff who are always pleasent and helpful. The food is always great. They have a large selection of food options including gluten free choices which comes in handy when bringing friends. I personaly recommend the bagel and locks, it's fabulous . The decor is really cute and relaxed. They also have a small store selling local products like honey. Its always nice to see local business supporting other local business.

If I'm within an elk's tickle of this little roadside bungalow, I stop. I don't even park, I just slam on my brakes in the middle of the road. I let others plow into my car, which seems to be good for business. We all get hungry waiting for the insurance adjusters to come by the scene and speculate on the cost of the carnage. They get a few snacks from here too. It's a tactic I hope helps keep this place in business, because it's way off the beaten path. Just how far can you tickle an elk from anyway?
