Always delicious and you must get the Nanaimo bars they are divine and the cheese bagels are amazing! They currently require masks so make sure you have one or they should have one available for you. The owner is very sweet and the lady that helps her is very nice too. The newer older lady not so much. She was helpful but she showed us everything in the freezer then walked away so we grabbed only what we wanted and she came back and said we couldn't grab anything out of the freezer and if we could read the sign which was a little rude. We sanitized our hands and wore masks I think we should be able to grab what we want and because of that I didn't get everything I wanted from the freezer. Other than today it has always been a great experience!
They also have lunch options to dine in!

I'll say the same thing about "gluten free" that I say about "vegan/vegetarian" dishes - if it tastes good, I don't care what you call it.
Here it just plain tastes great - and I'll always appreciate great food. stop here whenever life takes me through Mt. Morris - and I never feel like I'm missing out on flavor or value. If your group includes people with dietary restrictions - you won't be missing out on anything either!
Every time I stop here I get something different and it's always been a wonderfully delicious experience! Tequila onions (on a waffle sandwich) was my latest "food-gasm" (the onions were DEEPLY caramelized, one of my favorite ways to have them on a sandwich) - paired below with a Mango Smoothie!

Full disclosure, I work at Suzea's. I also eat at Suzea's because I know exactly what's in the food. Take this GF ramen...best quality smoked pork tenderloin, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles in a savory broth. Best part? The house made tequila onion garnish. The food is beautiful, it's TASTY, it's made with real ingredients, and it's hand-down the best gluten free food you can get **anywhere.** I'm so proud of the food we make here. And as someone who has a million food issues that make eating out hard, I love that Suzea's owner (my boss) works with our customers to make sure they have food that fills them up and makes their bodies feel good.

We had the wonderful opportunity to stop by here for lunch on our way down south. I had marked this as a possible place to check out prior to our trip and I'm glad we did. Do yourself a favor and drop by if you're in the area. Heads up, dishes are typically made to order, so budget some time ahead.

Gluten-free bakeries are hard to find and this wonderful gem in downtown Mt.Morris is worth the drive. The facade is striking, off street parking makes for an easy entrance. Inside you will find several small tables with chairs to enjoy their baked goods, coffee/espresso drinks are offered to accompany. I tried the English muffin, tuxedo cookie and snickerdoodle. Each were delicately delicious, with a light texture and weight, perfect recipes to rival any gluten-free bakery in a large city. Visit this bakery even if you're not gluten-free. It is an amazing find, what an addition to the the regions good scene !

Amazing find for gluten free baked goods!
We stumbled upon Suzea's Gluten Free Cafe' while visiting the area. What a gem of a find! We ordered sweet baked goodies as well as a loaf of her incredible Rye bread; ALL GLUTEN FREE and delicious! It's been years since I've enjoyed rye bread toast and I was a bit skeptical. It was amazing! I kept it in the freezer and pulled out what I wanted and put it straight in the toaster. Turned out perfect. I only wish we lived closer, I would be a regular customer, for sure!

Owner is beyond rude to staff in front of customers (and for no reason other than trying to appear managerial). Soup and sammie was so blah that I didn't eat more than a couple bites. Bread was mealy and bland and soup was barely warm. IDK how its possible to mess up grilled cheese and soup special of the day, but she did. Also bought a few items to try at home and they were all bland or so over sugared they were basically candy. Will never go back!

Amazing food and owner. Best sugar cookie I have ever had! Great for gluten free and non gluten free.

The gf food and bakery is excellent. However the owner needs to go to a class on how to be an effective manager to her employees. We could hear all her negative comments to the young employees. You can get a more positive return from an employee by not embracing them in front of the customers telling us their mistakes for the day. We felt uncomfortable for our entire meal hearing her scolding them very negatively. Was surprised they allowed a dog in eating area but you have to mask.
