Savory Sweet Eatery

I have passed it a few times, but I’ve never stopped, for whatever reason. I didn’t feel like cooking so I found it on Door Dash and ordered the Beyond Burger on a ciabatta bun with sautéed onions and mushrooms and tomato jelly with a large homemade baked Mac n cheese for my kids to eat as a side, if they got hungry. Man, listen! This food was AMAZINGGGG.

It didn’t take long at all and there were utensils and extra napkins. I saw a little handwritten note apologizing that they were out of the ciabatta bun, but had replaced it with a pretzel roll, and their apologies. Things run out all the time at other eateries and either it’s not acknowledged, or they make a substitute without saying a word. This was that human touch and customer service I’m talking about. I appreciated it!

First, the burger was slamming. It was cooked right, the onions, and mushrooms were on point. The tomato jelly, pickles - all of it. They’re not chintzy with their food.

The Mac n cheese was phenomenal. I don’t usually order mac n cheese bc when it’s disappointing, it’s enough to make me want to drink and talk to my dog all night, but this was incredible. Gooey, cooked through, the sides and top had just the right brown crispiness. And inside, creamy and dreamy. Yep. I wanted to kiss it. I’ma be honest. I always lied to my boys and told them the Mac n cheese didn’t come, but you know how we mamas do with this God-like compassion and generosity.

Anyway, I called them to tell them I needed to speak to someone about my order and i know they thought it was a complaint, but it was hardly that. This is my new favorite go to. These folks make their food fresh, you can taste it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I’ve dined here numerous times and love coming because it’s always a pleasant experience. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the burgers but the entire menu is great. I like the fact that the meat is fresh and everything is made right then and there; instead of sitting around for hours. The soups are amazing and perfect in the winter to warm you up.

I'm gonna start with the burger it was juice & savory lol & the homemade BBQ sauce is sweet & delicious then sticky garlic honey wings was what I needed & then some. Last but not least the milkshakes really taste like the names they are given & the owner is a nice woman i will be back

The freshly made food, stuffed burgers, made from scratch brioche bread, uniquely sliced chips/fries, veggie soups, delectable cupcakes, the savory meats and delectable sweets.

Amazing family atmosphere, the caring mother, who is a knowledgeable culinary genius😘

Quality and Care takes time, be patient...it is worth it!

The food here is absolutely delicious. Everything is homemade, down to the ketchup. Inez is a sweet person as well. Makes you feel at home. Best believe the family and I will be back. I highly recommend the pancakes. Yum!

Lots of selections of specialty coffee, made with love! didnt have the chance to eat here but I'll definitely return to do so. Cute place!

The only complaint I have is that I've worked directly across the street from this place for 2 years and only decided to try it yesterday! I truly believe the owner has excellent skill when it comes to food and pastries she just needs people to get the word out about her restaurant because it is really easy to walk right past the place without knowing its an actual restaurant!I actually enjoyed my food and I'm hard to please, especially when it comes to restaurants in this area.

Restaurant lives up to its name. Can’t go wrong with anything ordered off the menu. Big fan of the cakes, especially the sweet potato pound cake.

I was in this place earlier today and I saw numerous people delivering for DoorDash. The owner was nasty to all the Dashers that came in. Lady, this isn't how you operate a business. If people knew the true you they wouldn't order from you.

Hit and miss best describes the food. It's good portions but sometimes the food is lackluster sometimes it's blows your mind.
