If you are a musician, I advise you not to book with Crazy Beans. It's bad enough they are the lowest paying venue on the island, but last time we performed there, they stiffed us at the end of the night. We brought in a lot of people (they don't have their own crowd) and we played for 3 hours... only to leave empty handed. The arrangement was supposed to be a certain amount of money PLUS free drinks. We received a couple of drinks and NO money. What's worse? They do not announce or promote acts AT ALL on their sites or social media pages... even if you send them nice promos. They don't respect acts, but they should at least honor their agreement. And yes, like someone else mentioned, there's no food in the evenings... many people complained about this. What a shame.

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this Crazy Beans location for some time now, and every experience we have is consistently amazing. This morning we had the pleasure of being helped by Katie, who we have seen there many times before. She always goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed, check on you, and make sure everything is perfect. She really made our morning! I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't yet, for the fun coffee, delicious food, and the people like Katie.

I went there this morning and was greeted by someone behind the counter to take a seat and they would be right with us with menus . They was only 2 other couples in there eating , after 5 minutes of being ignored by the waiter and 2 other employees we left . Customer service is the most important thing in the food industry it was our first time at this place and the last time . If you don’t care about your customers then it shows me maybe your food isn’t very good also.

This place has the most delicious lattes, so many different flavor options. Their food was delicious and had unique options to choose from. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and served graciously. The woman working, short blonde hair with a southern accent was wonderful. So hospitable, and gave a great first expirience when I had told her I never went there before. And walked me through acouple things. Just excepting cash was not a problem, when they had an atm, perfect spot for breakfast and lunch

The wrap I got was soooo delicious. Totally recommend going there. Food is very flavorful. I wouldn't recommend getting their regular coffee, tasted a little weird but their lattes are really good.

The homemade corn beef was really good well worth coming for and I got regular coffee to tangy or citris for me but not bad at all just not my flavor I prefer. Definitely as good as other location and I will go back!

Always good quality dishes but its disturbing to see a sweaty kitchen staff without hair nets and tables not being cleared. Servers are not very attentive either. Stony Brook location MUCH better.
