Dayes is truly a treasure in the heart of Middletown. At Dayes the coffee is always consistent with the same great flavor and delicious smell from the first time. The decoration and arrangement of the interior makes it inviting to stay enjoying the peaceful, relaxing music accompanying the essence of the place . Dayes staff seems to be quiet but always polite and professional. I truly appreciate the great coffee and service that Dayes is giving to Middletown .

Especially the espresso. As an italian guy it’s Hard to find a proper espresso and… I guess it’s because they roast their own beans 👏🏽

The iced coffee we got was rich and the mango cake light and tasty.

Would be great to have a couch but the chairs are comfortable.

I go here in the mornings before heading to class and they have great drinks and their crepe cakes are so good. It’s a cute and comfortable cafe. I recommend to anyone who wants the cafe experience.

Stopped in while visiting Middletown for the day. Nice location right downtown. Thoughtful decoration. I had a Cortado and my friend had a Mocha Latte. Both were very good. I would certainly come again if I lived in the area.

Excellent coffee and other hot drinks, today I had a very chocolatey hot chocolate with oat milk and it tasted as creamy as real milk. They also sell delicious Korean style pastries. Ambience is so welcoming and bright. Extremely clean and professional. Best place for coffee, meetings and studying in Middletown.

I can't drink regular coffee without feeling turbocharged. With DAYES enzyme fermented coffee I didn't have that feeling. I can drink more than one cup and still feel fine. I like the taste and not to mention that it's the first of its type in North America!

Chill service that offers seating and pastries to relax with a nice capp on the side at an inexpensive price.

Absolutely love this place and their coffee. Hands down some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I got their dirty matcha AND latte with oat. Highly recommend!

Got to speak with the owner and learn of all the heart and soul that went into the making of the decor, the beans, and everything else in between! So if you have a cafe that you wanna go to, DEFINITELY come to this one. You won’t regret it!!

Stopped by while passing through the town from upstate. This is a great place to sit down with an Americano or espresso and combine it with their pastries and the like. Hope they can add some vegan options in the future. The quality of the coffee and food is great and the customer service is awesome. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Best latte I have ever tasted!!! For sure!!! Love the classical music here and people working here are so thoughtful and friendly!!!
