Awesome Sicilian rice balls! Good food and coffee. Solid little cafe in Middletown food desert.

Nice family owned place. Easy parking and the cafe itself is beautiful. Real home-y vibes when you're there and the owner and his family are extremely nice and want your orders to come out exactly how you like! With that being said the food was amazing and the coffee ice cubes in my machiatto was the touch I didn't know I was missing. 10/10 Would recommend.

This is a great spot with friendly faces! The coffee and food were delicious. We got the chicken chipotle quesadillas and were also offered samples of Arancini’s rice balls that we really enjoyed. Make sure you stop in and try!

I had my first visit to the Coffee Barn today, and the experience has me looking forward to coming back time and time again! I ordered a steak and cheese panini that was fantastic, and way more generously portioned than your average panini. It was made with real steak, not roast beef, and prepared by a lovely lady who immediately greeted me and stopped what she was doing when I came in the door. Nothing sets the tone for visiting a new place like a warm and friendly greeting -- and that was exactly what I got from Gia and her team. They checked on me often to see if I needed anything in addition to my sandwich and took the time to chat with me. I thoroughly enjoyed eating lunch there and am excited to go back for coffee and pastries (which looked out of this world in the display case!) I highly recommend The Coffee Barn if you're looking for a comfy, relaxed and friendly environment to spend some time in and have an awesome meal in.

I had an egg, cheese and home fries on a roll and a vanilla coffee.....it was delicious!!!! The service, the food were amazing. I highly recommend it. Thanks Lance and everyone for a great breakfast.
