My husband and I found this place a few years ago on our way to Bethel Woods. We went again this year before we went to see the Doobie Brothers.
The food was delicious and the portions are very generous.
It was worth missing our exit on the interstate.

A tiny place that is so worth the wait. George greets every diner personally, and really does care that everyone enjoys his/her meal. The menu is primarily Greek, the food is fresh & delicious, & the portions are generous. You must save room for dessert...they are decadently fabulous! There is a small outdoor space for nice weather, strategically fenced so it feels private. Do not miss this hidden gem!

Our party of 13 arrived for a meal after the funeral of my 86 year old father. My brother and his family had eaten there before and highly recommended it. Well, they were right! The owner went out of his way to open the closed extra dining area for us. They brought out fresh delicious warm Greek bread to start. The waitress was pleasant, attentive and quick. The food came out in large portions and was absolutely delicious!! My stuffed eggplant was amazing! Everyone commented on how good their food was. The owner topped the night off with a variety of pieces of pie to share. Despite being together for the sad occasion of my Dad's passing, we enjoyed our wonderful meals and each other's company like he would have enjoyed doing. Thank you!

It was my wife and I first time there, the food was so good and filling we had to take it home. They sure do give you your money's worth. Great staff, well be back.

This is a great find! George, the owner, makes sure his diners feel welcome and enjoy their meal. They serve generous portions of authentic Greek dishes, deliciously seasoned. The place is small, and very often there is a wait, but the food is worth it. There is a small outdoor dining area when weather permits. We have eaten here quite often, and the food is consistently excellent. It can get quite noisy when crowded, but not intolerable. Highly recommended!

Each time I've eaten at Yiasou, it has been an amazing experience. The owner greats you, makes sure everything is perfect, and treats you like family. You embody the culture right away and that's amazing. The food is also so fresh and it's so worth every penny!!! Everything is great!
