A lovely espresso bar in Larchmont- it’s so clear that the owner is very knowledgeable about coffee. She pulls shots of espresso with such care and consideration (unlike every other coffee shop in Larchmont, which are more filter coffee focused…) it’s pricey but 100% worth it - so much quality in the brand and the brewing.
The lady behind the counter was nice. I went hoping to stay and do work but The cafe has a no laptop policy so be aware of that. And there’s no Wi-Fi. If you want sandwiches, you’ll need to buy a coffee. I got a latter w oat milk, it was alright. Not the best thing ever but also not the worse.
I am just really disappointed by the no laptop, they have so much space for it to be a working space
Very neat interior and good coffee. High ceilings, white walls, clear wood long high table. Hardwood floor. Very nice elegant and minimalistic decoration. The espresso is good and not too bitter as it is unfortunately often the case. Nice service too. Cosy loungy music. Overall a very pleasant little coffee shop.
Well designed space with pleasant service. Enjoyed an excellent almond milk cappuccino. Only thing I would add to the space might be some sound dampening panels or foam to help reduce noise.
Take out ONLY Cafe. Defeats the main purpose of being a Cafe. Walked into a very quiet shop with absolutely zero aroma of coffee being brewed, ground or roasted. Bad sign! So I opted for a Hot Chocolate. Hot water mixed with powder then blasted with steam. Crummy service and zero hospitality.
I'll pre-fix this with the fact I'm a visitor to the states and Larchmont. I've sampled a few of the local coffee houses before getting my train into the city and I definitely rate the e-shot Cafe. Be aware of a few things though:
* No laptop policy. Phones are fine and there are power sockets * No WiFi * Minimum spend of $5 for cards * Pricier than other local options, but in my opinion worth it!
Really nice coffee and service in a trendy and homely environment. The coffee to drink in came in a mug, which was a welcome change. I recommend you choose happiness (see photo)!
Lovely and small coffee place with a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee was a bit lukewarm but the design and flavor was pleasant. Will be coming back again to try their chai! Pictured is the latte and matcha.
Best coffee in larchmont especially for espresso drinks… if I have time before the train I always try to stop by - only negative is they carry low quality alternative milks (if they upgraded to oatly would go out of my way to come here on weekends too)
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Woman behind the counter, presumably the owner, is extremely rude and has horrible customer service. They are very overpriced and the coffee honestly is disgusting. It’s no wonder there wasn’t a soul in there at a peak hour. How they are still in business is mind blowing. Don’t waste your time or money!!

A recommend stop for coffee before the train!

Good coffee, space, and friendly. I don’t understand the store name given the no laptop policy. Would visit more if I could use my laptop :)
