Service was great but the food was mediocre, we ordered crepes but it ended up being an omelette inside of a pancake, it was definitely not a crepe as we've had many.

No waiting, great food, great staff, nice atmosphere.
Gratuity is automatically included in bill, couple of us tipped additional before realizing that.

Found this place to have good food at a fair price. I think it is one of the better coffee places in town. Definately order one of their pasteries to go with your coffee.

I had the Eggs Benedict with spinach and pepper and a cappuccino. The cappuccino and eggs benedict was very good and the server was very nice. Service was relatively quick.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and we heard that the biscotti brothers cafe was good and close to where we were staying. We had a little time before heading to our tournament so we were debating on either taking out or dining in. The hostess assured us that we would be out of there within 45 minutes which made our decision to stay. We made sure our waiter was aware of what was told to us and our time restriction. The waiter didn’t take us seriously and giggled. We were now 45 minutes into not receiving any meal so we brought it to our waiters attention. Five minutes later, four of us finally received our meal, while three of us hadn’t. As the waiter walked backed into the kitchen, we were waiting for him to walk right back out and give the remaining food to our table. Ten minutes had past and our four were almost done with their food while the remaining still hadn’t received their meal. We were now worried that weren’t going make it in time to the lacrosse fields. We asked to speak to a manger. The manager was made aware of our conversation with the hostess and our time restriction, as well as the delay between meals within our group. His appearance looked unprofessional as his response fit it! He asked us who told us that we would be out of there within 45 minutes as he will be “firing” that person today! He offered no other solution and / or no apology! I am appalled by his remark about firing one of his staff members in public, as well embarrassed for him. Finally, two of us received our meal while one still hadn’t. Out of the two, the bun was not fresh and was inedible. When I told the waiter and showed how dry the bun was, his response was “that’s just the inside”, not, “I’m sorry for the wait, or how about, I’m sorry about the bun.” And, not once did he come over to see if we needed any drink refills, or anything. In conclusion, our last person never received her meal as we had to leave, they never gave us an apology, a discount or anything. They were sure to not forget to add the 18% gratuity into the check. As an owner, I would be very concerned about the service provided and extremely concerned with the management. I would NEVER recommend this place nor would I EVER return!

I absolutely love their eggs Benedict! I fell in love with it a couple of years ago when I first discovered Biscotti's! The wait staff and hosts are always very nice!

This is our favorite place to have breakfast in Lake George. Everything we've ever had here has been delicious. And oh the coffee!!!!

Went here to grab a quick breakfast sandwich and ended up waiting over thirty minutes. Two people who ordered after us got their food before us. After asking about our food twice they finally brought it. It was obvious they forgot about it. They didn't get the order right either. It wasn't even that busy so it was absurd that this was our experience. Not pleased.

So, the good: my omelet was fine. Not great, not bad. Adequate. My wife's eggs Benedict came out waaaaaay overcooked. The eggs looked like hard boiled eggs. Completely cooked solid. The server was friendly, but not exactly present.
I find it particularly interesting that we were not better accouted for, considering...my wife saved a woman from dying in their patio tent. I won't get too far into that, but it does seem that the least we could expect was better food. Dude didn't even thank us. Could have maybe comped her bad food. After everything that happened, we didn't feel like waiting and she had yogurt; also at full price. No apology.
