Cup O’ Jo Café

Very nice, professional service, lots of nice coffee and dessert options. If I remember correctly, they have other food and that all looks good. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works great.

Such a nice little place. Went to write a paper for school. Had a yummy latte. Hope to try their food in the near future. Couldn't get my computer to connect to the Wi-Fi but that was most likely my computer's issue and not their Wi-Fi. Super friendly service too!

Delicious coffee. I tried the Red Rhapsody, which is white chocolate and raspberry. Very very good. Next time I'll get the regular coffee with cream but I wanted to try one of their house specialities. I'd rather go here for coffee if I were to get one from a shop.

Friendly and fast place to get some yummy coffee or food in the mall. They serve Finger Lakes coffee, which is quite good. I did not try the food but they have pastries and lunch options. The staff is excellent!

Best coffee at Ithaca mall. Friendly, caring owner. Good half Moon cookies. I like orange best, but there are many, plus scones, sandwiches, soups.

The customer service is unbelievably warm and kind. The desserts and soups are also homemade by the owner and the amount of thought and care put into this coffee shop is so refreshing to see.

Naomi and her family are WONDERFUL! I look forward to going to this little cafe for their amazing coffee and service. I tell everyone about this place, if you havent tried it yet you are truly missing out.

I love this place! However, as of late, the unfiltered rap music playing is getting out of control. It's super uncomfortable to hear the swearing, drug references, etc when there are senior citizens and children in there. I hope the owner will see this and address it.
