Best bagels I’ve ever tried, and we spent a lot of time in New York. Personally, the rugalach pastries make my mornings Wednesday- Sunday- especially before Zen Den pilates :P
Grab a cup of coffee while you’re at it! Their baristas are expert at their craft, and the spicy mocha is short of life changing.

Flour & Salt is a gem to the community at large. I live in Clinton and will absolutely drive the 25 minutes over for a great breakfast. I'm also from downstate and can confirm these bagels are great! The chocolate chip cookies are also a family favorite. Britty and Brandon love their community and it shows in their businesses. Great food, great atmosphere, great people.

Picked up a slice of their chocolate cake at lunch today. I was just expecting some regular cake but it took one bite in and I
was completely blown away. I thought I knew good chocolate cake but clearly I stand corrected. Thanks for the yummiest chocolate cake I’ve ever had. Will be coming back again - ASAP. 🍰

I ordered a Strawberry Matcha latte the drink was quite white. It doesn't taste right too. I'm not sure if people here drink like this. I've tried many places but the flavor is more intense. Just to be sure, I let my husband try it. He said it tasted like just water also The bagel was so hard that it hurt my jaw.
Didn't even drink half of the cup until had to throw it away.

Great breakfast sandwiches! The Jersey Girl with Taylor Ham and The Colgate are my go-to’s. The exclusive-to-Friday donuts are definitely worth grabbing if there’s any left when you’re there.

WORST bagels we have ever had. We bought a dozen bagels this morning and several of the bagels were burnt. We will not be going back.

I was expecting a simple college town bistro as Hamilton is home to Colgate. I was wrong. It was comforting, welcoming, friendly, and the food (made in a neighboring building) was fantastic. If I lived in any of the nearby towns this would be my go-to place for brunch or any darn reason. Try it! You will not regret it.

The breakfast sandwiches were delicious! And the staff were so friendly. It was definitely one of the best cafe experiences I’ve ever had

Nice small place in the town, good breakfast. Only giving 4 stars as they were literally out of the broche roll and the focaccia so had to settle for a bagel lol. Good bagel tho. Nice options to build own sandwich in morning. Good coffee as got a caf au lait. Nice counter person and was friendly.

This is our favorite breakfast spot. Amazing food, stellar service, and a laid back but classy vibe. There's a reason there is always a line and it's worth the wait!
