Stewart's Shops

Been coming here a few times and it’s always been great! I enjoy the soup selection, the hot food available and the ice cream, the staff is nice, overall no complaints:)

Needed air for my tires. I love Stewart's always has the air free unlike other gas stations. The people who work there are always friendly.

This location has the best turkey subs. I drive all the way from LaFargeville for this specific location's subs. They are truly the best around. The staff are always pleasant too.

We came through here to get gas on a road trip. There wasn’t a lot to choose from in the area and we were trying to make good time. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the shop and bathroom, for a gas station. We opted to grab something to eat here quick as well so we didn’t have to stop again. Besides chips, beef jerky and beverages there was a quite a variety of options for a quick meal on the go for a gas station. There were some semi handmadeish frozen pre portioned meals, standard branded frozen options, a sandwich counter and some hot items packaged to go such as chicken fingers and breakfast sandwiches. We grabbed a wrap and chicken fingers. Neither was winning an award but the food was decent and pretty fresh. Far better than we would have expected. Since this is close to the military base I’m thinking the food turns over quickly.

For being near Ft Drum, there should be like 5 people working instead of just 2 at this hour. No one acknowledges for the people waiting to get sandwiches made. There was a soldier waiting in front of me and she had to leave as no one attended to her. I left not long after she did. Plus they can’t even put toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. This has got to be the worse Stewart’s I’ve ever been in. If I could give it -5 stars, I would.

Always hate going to this Stewarts. Tried to buy a pack of cigarettes and Sheri, assistant manager, would not accept my driver's license (puppy chewed on it), even though birth date is prominently displayed. Turned away during rush hour. Couldn't be more dissatisfied.

I'm sure this is a corporate policy, but Stewart's do not have the responsibility to police ID integrity across NYS. Their only responsibility is to confirm you are not a minor.

Employees will also sometimes let customers pile up during the morning rush hour while hanging out behind the cigarette partition. Oftentimes just playing around on their phone for a minute while people are waiting anxiously to get going.

I have found that nearly anywhere else is a more pleasant stop on your way in to work.

I went into the great bend new york stewarts and asked one of the employees if they excepted cans and bottles and the lady said we accept all coke products and pepsi products. I go get my cans and bottles bring them over there and all they were going to accept was 13 bottles after the lady said they accepted any coke and pepsi products.

Awsome team of partners.... Clean ...great food on the go .. Cant beat selectiin of coffee... May take awhile for gas but due to everyone stopping there ....

They wouldn't sell me beer because my id is cracked. Same day lady that rings me out every time. Super slow service getting gas.
