Wonderful experience. A pleasant aroma greets you as you enter and the barista greeted on arrival and was very friendly and attentive. The service was quick and enjoyable. They had a great selection of beans to go, and the flavors were varied and tasty, both in the cup and in the bag.

I have loved Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters Coffee forever, I recently moved away from my closest location and started ordering online. When I quick paid with Google pay at 5:15 on a Friday evening it had my old address not my current address, I immediately emailed them asking them to send it to my current address (not expecting a response until Monday morning) and at 9:15 PM I got a response saying they'd take care of it. To make a long story short, not only do they have my all time favorite coffee, but also STELLAR customer service!

OMG, you have to try the Jamaican me Crazy! The shop smells amazing!!! Great cups, grounds, kcups and food!

Coffee is good and reasonably priced. The sitting are is small but still,a nice place to grab a good cup of coffee.

Was informed at 8:08 AM, to return in "about half an hour" before they would have coffee..... you're a coffee joint that doesn't serve coffee before 8:30 AM, what a joke. I'll make my coffee at home for 1/10 the price. Thanks for jamaican me crazy this morning you 🤡

Met friends here. Outdoor seating was very convenient. Huge coffee beverage selection as well as smoothies. Excellent flavor and good prices. Staff were great. One snarky jackass customer behind us making judge-y comments about my friend's order but we didn't let that ruin our good time.

I took the 45 minute drive to go to the Finger Lakes coffee house in Farmington for the 1st. time. I wanted to buy some of their Holiday Coffee Blends for Christmas gifts and inquiry about “Cold Brew” coffee’s.
A tall/thin grayish haired guy started to serve me, and as I inquired about any specials and cold brew he became obnoxiously rude… yelling at me (first time customer that only asked a couple question) I was completely embarrassed.
He then asked a young lady behind the counter to wait on me as he walked away with no apology.
I wish I could remember the young lady‘s name but she was very kind answered all my questions ground the coffee that I bought for Christmas and my coffee to go just under $50 order.
The older gray hair man that I believe was the manager went to one of the tables and started bagging up beans and weighing them. I decided I’d approach him and explain why I was inquiring about the coffee and he continued to work but did apologize for yelling at me without even looking at me (not sincere at all). Like that’s good for Business!

I should’ve just asked him if he treated all his customers this way! And taken my Business to another coffee house for my Christmas gifts. But it was a young lady with dark hair that made the difference.

Went with my oldest son before I headed out after attending his son's(my grandson's)wedding 2 days before. GREAT ATMOSPHERE! WONDERFUL VARIETIES OF COFFEES TO BUY, BY THE POUND OR ENJOY A SPECIAL MADE DRINK TO YOUR LIKING. ANYONE TRAVELING THROUGH IT'S A ""MUST SEE" PLACE TO GO!!

Always pick up a couple pounds, course ground to make ice coffee at home! Always great service. Been going here for years... And years ..

Wonderful coffee served by friendly staff are the hallmarks off this store. They offer many interesting blends and flavors. We're rather fond of the s'mores flavored coffee.

Another important point is that when a customer purchases a pound of coffee they actually get 16 ozs of coffee not 12 ozs packaged to look like a pound.
