There's no good coffee in Long Island. This is 99% true. Georgio's is the 1%. This professorial coffee genius is at the top of the coffee pyramid, and this includes beans roasted in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Don't expect neon signage, cacti, and bleached reclaimed wood here, this isn't a hipster oasis in Farmingdale. It's all about the rare, fragrant and freshly roasted single origin coffees.

Far and away the best coffee roaster.
Not only on L.I., but one of the best in the world. Georgio carries premium, rare coffees roasted to perfection, is fountain of knowledge about coffee (and good music) and runs one of the warmest, down to earth coffee shops. Simply a treasure.

Dopest coffee spot in town!!! The roast all of their beans on sight and can grind them any way you'd like. They also have at least 15 varieties at any given time. You can also grab a cup to go too. I highly recommend the cold brew which has coffee ice cubes!

Without a doubt, the best coffee roasters in NY (or anywhere else for that matter!) Georgio, Lydia, and staff are so knowledgeable and just awesome people. We like to call Georgio's the "punk rock of coffee shops, as its a no frills, no wifi, no couches, type of place. It's amazing, stop reading this and just go!

They really, really know their stuff when it comes to coffee. I've never been disappointed when picking up coffee from these wonderful people. Georgio is a very passionate man, and that pays off, leading to a superb product.

Sourced by Giorgio himself from locations all around the world. Roasted in house to perfection! The staff remembers your drink and is super insightful with recommendations. Hands down the best cup of Joe on Long Island!

The best coffee in the entire country. Hands down.
Originally my review of this place just said "best coffee" or something. But then, I traveled the entire country, spent 2 years trying hundreds of coffee shops around the country, and working for Peet's (they're like a starbucks but the coffee is good).
I'm writing this as a person who worked for the most popular distributor and provider of coffee-shop needs in NYC metro area, and a barista myself. Flywheel roasters in San Francisco, Onyx Coffee Lab in NWA, the 5-floor Starbucks Roastery in Chicago which has barrel-aged coffee, and so, SO, SO many more. You might even know Flux coffee, which is in the same city of farmingdale as Georgio's is.
None of them even come CLOSE.
Drinking coffee at georgios is like... being the first person to discover chocolate. As if everyone in the world is eating the chocolate fruit but this one place, this one guy, has figured out how to make the milky, delicious, luscious chocolate bar we all know today.
Georgio's coffee has FLAVOR. The flavor of all their drinks comes straight from the coffee. Instead of needing raspberry syrup, or chocolate flakes, or caramel, all of that flavor comes from the coffee itself.
Georgios itself is a place with only three employees. Georgio, his wife, and the Long Island championship barista. That's it. He sources his own beans, roasts everything in house, and ensures every single step from bean to cup is meticulous, quality-tested and assured, and perfect.
One of his coffees, for example, I was able to try a small amount of green beans to roast at home. As a complete beginner for roasted. I did it on a pan, and made a cup, and not only was it delicious the entire way down, but the finish was pure milk chocolate. Indecipherable from hand-made hot chocolate. And that's with my amateur roasting. The starter was so unbelieveably incredible that I was able to get that out of it. And that quality of coffee bean is just how he starts. He starts with perfection, roasts to perfection, and cups that coffee to blow you mind and make you never go back.
He's also got like 20-40 (I can't count, sorry) types of roasted beans that you can buy, at very reasonable prices.
Anyway, best coffee in the country. By far. That's it! GO.

The coffee roasted by Georgio is roasted with skill and heart. Coffees from all over the world, and they prefer to deal directly with farmers. Light roasting makes the taste delicious. I highly recommend Georgio's Coffee Roasterie for the best coffee you've ever had.

Georgio and Lydia know coffee...period. You will be hard pressed (pun intended) to find a roaster that knows how to roast a bean to it's most flavorful perfection as it is done at Georgio's.

If you think you love coffee try a cup from a freshly roasted bean selection by Georgio's and you will be convinced that you absolutely do love coffee.

Georgio's acquires these great coffees after cupping and selecting samples sent to them by small'ish coffee farmers world wide. Be forewarned, you may not be able to stomach any mass produced, supermarket and fast food store, yes even Starbucks, run of the mill coffee from hence forth.

Georgio’s coffee is the best coffee.!
I prefer my afternoons with a cappuccino so
I used to be a Starbucks loyal until I had Georgio’s. Now I don’t even waste my time or money anywhere else. No other coffee is worth it.
I also buy their Fede’s blend for home. Best coffee ever!
