I got the turkey bacon sandwich. The buns came out half charred as shown in the picture. I noticed it after I took a bite, as all I could taste was burned. I kindly asked for it to be remade. They gave me just the toasted bun, I had to make my own sandwich again. Apparently the machine is broken so it's not the clerk's fault, however I would have appreciated a heads up.
@Tim Hortons, give your franchisees the equipment they need! Also maybe, hold a soft skills workshop.

Overall the turkey is good, the bacon waaay too salty.

First time eating here. They don't exit in Colorado. Amazing food, and so many choices. The coffee is supreme as well! I tried my husband's caramel frapp, it was great! I normally hate caramel, but this caramel is really good.

This place is just perfect, thanks to the staff. They put their heart and soul into helping. I wasn't around for any rude customers, so I can't say if they handled any of those interactions correctly. They knew almost every customers' name when they came in, so that means people return there on a regular basis. I got the best tasting vanilla iced latte I have ever tasted. I tried other locations, but I'll probably never have one as good as this place's.

Coffee is awesome, 10/10 during the morning or early afternoon. After that though, their selection becomes pretty limited.

Tidbits were pretty good and so was the coffee and cookies. For my first visit it was okay.

The top of my wrap was nothing but air. Opened the bottom and this all I have to eat. Nothing about this is a wrap. Wasn’t even wrapped or attempted to be folded properly. Not to mention the whole slice of cheese that wasn’t melted at all. I would be wrong if I threw this back through the window. Waited 10 minutes at the intercom just to order and get THIS. Pathetic!

If you are curious about Tim Horton’s coffee and/or donuts….DON’T… just go to Dunkin Donuts down the street. Employees were very nice.

Not great. I knew it wasn't great from past experiences but I still chanced it because I was in a hurry and....still not good. I even told the employee exactly what I was looking for because I wanted a sweet drink and she probably intentionally made it bitter. They were rude and I just threw it away instead of attempting to return my $7 drink. I get it because employees are hard to come by but maybe train better? Either way the coffee is terrible. The donuts are good if they actually have the different flavors available

Drive thru is extremely slow. Gone here many times and they average at least 5 min per vehicle so if there's any line you're probably better off going somewhere else. Food usually tastes good which is why there's 2 stars instead of 1

I didn’t expect much going into a gas station for a cup of coffee, I got much more. My daughter suffers from autism, and it is often extremely difficult to go out in public. The man came around the counter and talked my daughter through each donut, so she could the find the one she wanted. We had a fantastic experience, and highly recommend you go to this establishment!
