The rigatoni with vodka sauce was really good! The waitstaff were all very nice to us especially since we closed down the place.

Having been here a handful of times, I must say this place probably has the best cocktail/food combination in the area. With a nice assortment of cocktails on the menu, there is surely one to please. And the food is always very tasty and unique.

My biggest complain though, is that every time I've been there, the bartender basically doesn't seem to be paying attention to who needs a drink. Seems to be too busy talking with others, instead of serving unfamiliar faces.

This is a good place to eat! Our first time in "little Italy" and we were not disappointed. Antonio's has excellent food, large portions, and reasonable prices. The recommendations of the waitstaff were spot on, and the seasoned fries are to die for! Go eat!

The upscale bar is unique and the warm Italian Tuscan vibe interior is welcoming. We did the lunch for a friend's birthday and though the food selection was limited luncheon menu, it was outstanding. Fresh and served hot from a delightful waitress.
Take the time to check out this gem!

The food tasted decent, but myself and my guest both experienced symptoms of food poisoning immediately after eating here. We didn't share any other meals before or after eating here and were both sick for a day after. I was on the toilet for two hours. My waitress was more concerned with what she was doing in school than being a good waitress. I'm not sure why she sat at our table when she was swiping our cards, it was very strange.

We ordered the lunch special, I ordered another as well...I started with Rigatoni ala vodka and wrapped up with the haddock sandwich...so good. Authentic Italian by people who want your experience to be memorable in all the best ways! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Marina...tell her Mark and Sandy sent you!

Fantastic service, helpful, very friendly. The gelato is as good as Italy, as are the cappuccinos!

Food wise, I’m honestly disappointed. But I enjoy seeing the very Italian mosaic exterior decor, and I appreciate it being an Italian place serving gelato in Little Italy. I also think I can’t really knock a place like this in Binghamton, where you don’t see too many classy places that stay true to its regional and historical roots.

The Gelato is dense enough but not as rich in flavor as the ones I had in Italy. The taste is a bit flimsy, for the lack of a better word. But I can just eat it like regular ice cream, so that’s fine.

The reason I can’t give a higher rating is the paninis is too salty - it’s salted to the point of bitterness, so the flavor is hopelessly out of balance.

Amazing fresh food. I get the same thing every time. Antipasto platter, delicious!
Chicken Milanese is perfect. Simple dish of breaded chicken cutlet, arugula and lemon. Done so well that I start to crave it again the next day!
