Hollow

Hollow is an absolute gem in this gem of a town. Whether you are passing through on a ski vacation or a local, they treat everyone with great hospitality. The food is excellent and well priced. The sweet potato is my sleeper favorite though the duck fat potatoes are famous for a good reason. Whenever the Pork Curry is on the menu, I make it a point to visit. Recently we enjoyed the radishes with home made bread and butter. Fantastic! The wine list is superb and the coffee shop is always serving up new and inventive treats. So grateful they chose Delhi to open up their truly cozy and delicious business.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time and had the coffee, pastries, trout toast and breakfast sandwich with homemade sausage. Everything was great but the breakfast sandwich especially might be one of the best I’ve found in the Catskills.

This is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. So good that this photo is of the second one. I ordered it two bites into the first.

Best coffee and cocktails in the area! The staff are great and owners are awesome people who really care about what they’re doing! The food is great not mention their breakfasts sandwiches and lunches are killer! Go for dinner too, very cool atmosphere!

Stopped in for lunch and found the menu limited. My tomato soup and grilled cheese was good , my guest ordered something in the case and took it to go it wasn't what she expected. Finding the front counter staff limited in any type of assistance. Average and not impressed by the limited seating. Maybe if I was a local it would have been different. I prefer to get waited on. I'll pass on this corner stop.

This is a hidden gem! I was surprised to find such a place in Delhi! Top class! 5 stars. Eden....a gem.

I like the vibe. Nice place to lime with friends for drinks and chill. Great service, good food and reasonable prices.

Great spot for wine and small plates, although I enjoyed the pre-Covid menu much more when it wasn’t so bread heavy. Overall, great vibe and polite service!

I’ve had Flat Whites and Cortados all over the world, and Hollow’s are some of the best. Also you don’t need to go to Bovina for one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the county. :)
