I was just there purchasing mega and powerball tickets and asked for 2 quick picks for both she only gave me one for each so I explained I wanted 2. She said I didn’t need to make her feel dumb which I did not do. When she came back I told her she should be a shamed for talking to me like that and she proceeded to throw herself by throwing my money at me , slamming the register draw and hollering at me in front of a store full of people. This person was upset about something before she waited on me and proceeded to take it out on me.She needs to be reprimanded and apologize to me for her childish attitude and what she did was so WRONG
I went in this morning and she is still an angry person. No apology and the sad part about it is her coworkers are protecting her including her assistant manager who took my name and I am sure destroyed my information after I left. I will be going in everyday if I have to , to get someone to fix this problem.
I think she is trying to use her condition as her excuse to treat people badly. Shame on her, her coworkers who protect her and her bosses.
Just got a phone call from her harassing me so I know my phone # was given to her and not the store manager by the morning assistant manager. Another thing you can’t contact anyone in authority if there is a problem. Shameful

Showed up at 955 pm to buy a quick pack of Cigarettes the gas station closes at 10 pm pulled up the guy that was working stood outside smoking a cigarette with his friends told me told me that the gas station was closed I said Hey don't you close at 10 he said yeah but our clock inside is 5 minutes fast I said well that's not my not my problem it's not 10 o'clock he said sorry and then started laughing and started smoking again with his buddy. I realize now why your rating is under 3 stars. Your morning staff is great nighttime definitely would rather shut down early vs take care of us locals

I love Fast Trac's pizza and their deals. However this specific store has had horrible customer service the last two times I have attempted to order. 1st time I tried to order, they tell me it takes an hour to make a pizza when there was literally nobody in the store, so I tell him never mind as he was too busy outside smoking. Any other store it takes about 20 minutes. 2nd time I come to order he yells out its well over and hour if you are ordering pizza. I stand there waiting for him to take my order as I'm willing to wait this time. He let me stand there for 15-20 minutes and then asks me if I'm still ordering. I respond I'm waiting to place the order. He then tells me I need to go to the register to place the order. Why can't you tell me that in the first place. I'm tired of this person trying to discourage me from order pizza from here so he don't have to work. I've never had an issue with any other Fast Trac. So, off to OIP. They had my pizza ready in 20 minutes.

New company bought out all fastracs and Cumberland farms. They are eg America. Their transition from fastrac to eg America is in progress, give them some time. A lot has changed , the store is much better then i when first went there !

Why the world would they need to set $100 from my debit card as pending and not finalize the transaction for TWO DAYS. I had 101.50 in my account, I got thirty dollars in gas and now I'm broke?! For up to TWO DAYS?!

Would give zero stars if I could. They are terribly slow and very rude. Tonight we ordered pizza, and like usual we were told it would be 45 minutes, when mind you, it was late at night and they are very slow with business so they have nothing to do. Besides the 45 minute ridiculous wait time, I get there after waiting 50+ minutes to get it, and they had it sitting on top of the oven not cooked! And the sad thing is, it's not the first time it has happened. It was at least the 3rd or 4th time! Other times they have giving me a free pizza to basically make up for them doing so. This time nope, full price for a pizza with an hour wait because of their lazy incompetent work ethic. Understandable to forget, nobody is perfect, but come on, 4 times?

This location has terrible customer service/maintenance. There are seldom any hand towels or hand sanitizer at any of the pump islands. The pumps are often out of receipt paper so you can't get a receipt for your gas purchase without going inside. The windshield squeegees are often out of fluid. They must not care about their reputation. Hopefully Kwik Fill will open a station in this area soon.

I've had many acceptable incounters at this location, but I've stopped twice this week and been very disappointed. I was told the internet is down and thus the loyalty cards aren't working. This wasnt posted anywhere, so I had to wait at the pump to be told I had to go inside and see the cashier, opon going inside I was told about the internet not working, that I would have to use another card, and that even though I had the card I couldn't get the discount. I then gave the cashier another card, ran it and went out to the pump frustrated only to find that I couldn't get it to work. Trekking back in I was told that I had cancelled the transaction and I should have known to just push the type of gas button. I again gave them my credit card, was told emphatically to only push the selection button, and was sent out as if I should have known this the whole time. Making customers who go to the extra effort to use your loyalty program feel stupid when you are having a technical problem is a great way to ensure they will never be back.

I really don't like how I was treated by the cashier when I got gas. Was very aggressive towards me! I handed money for gas and coffee. Literally pulled the money from my hand. I understand we have bad days. I'm easy going. someone else might not like it.
