Got a cookies and cream meal replacement drink. Owner was very friendly and hospitable. Even when I spilled another drink all over her floor. This is a powdered nutrition beverage shope. No fresh fruit, but she does have fresh fruit flavors and they are good.

This was my first time trying Crush Nutrition out, and it was fantastic! The owner was very sweet and the service was efficient. I got the cinnamon crunch meal replacement shake, and it was very tasty and satiating. I definitely recommend this shop, and will be sure to return!

Specialty coffees and teas, protein shakes & bars. Extremely fast, efficient, friendly and professional service from the owner. I inquired (because I'm nosy) the business is independently owned and not a franchise or affiliate of any other enterprise. I had a shake and a coffee. Both were good and more's the point staved off my hunger without loading me up on carbs, which is exactly what I was looking for today. I'll be back.

Alot of options, I loved the mango pineapple shake. We need that protein. Must try.
