One of my favorite coffee and crepe shops in the capital district. The people who own the place/work there are amazing. Personal favorites: hummus crepe, iced maple latte.

I am so glad we found this place! It was a random discovery when we were out in the area and it's delightful.
So many different amazing flavors and the environment and staff are just beyond lovely. It's a little bit of a drive from Clifton Park maybe 15 minutes but it's worth it but just be mindful of their hours because they're not open past I think 4 o'clock.

I was so looking forward to making this a favorite place. Reviews were excellent. I went just before Christmas for a little quiet time. Very chic place in decor. Beverage was great. Then the blueberry with lemon curd crepe came & I was let down. The blueberries were cool & so chewy from being frozen & thawed. Gave up chewing through half of them. The crepe was lukewarm- probably from cold berries. I did love the lemon curd. Didn't complain while there as it was a small place & packed with women. I am not one to be "fussy" or complain about food. Maybe it was just a fluke. Haven't tried to return.

Just happened upon this coffee shop in passing through Burnt Hills, and I was not disappointed. The decor in the space is awesome, the staff were super friendly and on point, and the drinks were top notch. This was my first time in, but it was clear that the staff and many of the other customers were very familiar with each other -- the whole scene oozed that small town, busy weekday morning vibe.
I don't live far from the shop, but it's surely not on any regular beaten path of mine. With this said however, when I'm able, I'll definitely go out of my way to visit again!

Cupola is the best! The staff is friendly and the service is top notch. Their crepes are unparalleled. (Crepes are like a thin pancakes that wrap around a sweet or savory filling. Don't be afraid they are delicious ) My personal favourite is the strawberry-banana, nutella crepe. But don't get me wrong- the savory crepes are scrumptious too. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but their lattes are trying to change that.
The vibes in the shop are very chill and welcoming. Highly recommend. We need more local business like this.
Much love to Cindy and the team!

Local family owned coffee shop that seeks to make a real difference in the BH community. Hopefully starts a breath of new life into the area where people can gather and enjoy each other's company. Great food and drinks (hot/cold) that are NOT expensive, just some neat artistic people who love being a bit creative with them. Always something new going on here. Quite a nice difference than the numerous coffee chains that seem to prevail everywhere else.

Their sweet crepes and pastries deserve a 5. Likewise their coffee is excellent. I got the breakfast crepe the last time I was there, one of their savory crepes, and it was a little disappointing. It usually comes with bacon, which I don't like, so that would have obviously changed the flavor if I had gotten it. I thought about getting ham instead, and that would have also helped. There was nothing wrong with the crepe, it was just a little bland. Salsa would have improved it, but the only condiments for eggs were ketchup and hot sauce.
I recommended they include salsa among their available condiments. Sour cream and guac would be nice too, but salsa is practical to provide, as practical as ketchup and hot sauce. And isn't it the most popular condiment in the nation? So said "Seinfeld" in the 1990s, and I would think it has only gotten more popular since then.
My response to the owner's response: As a fellow Seinfeldian, would you allow me to bring in outside condiments?
