I'm in the shop multiple times a day and have never had a bad experience. The Partners are all super nice and friendly! The food is always fresh and the shop is always clean. All the Partners know how to do their job and they do it with a smile always! The other shops aren't bad however Brownville is the best 😃
Really high prices more than Byrne dairy even and muffins and don't never fresh always cold or froze yet so you really need to watch each store!!! Stewart's depends on who's working if they care about the customer or just a paycheck!!!!
This is one of the best shops. Customer service is great and if you go in a lot, they greet you by name when you walk in. The store manager has an awesome sense of humor and always chats when you go in. It's definitely a family vibe coming from this store. Food isn't bad, subs are great. Pizza is great when you get it fresh and they make it quick! You call in your order and they call you back to confirm your order. They do it this way because with only a couple workers, there's a lot to do. People complain about having to leave a message, blah blah blah. It's literally just a few moments they call you back to confirm and if they aren't busy they actually answer the phone. Give it a try, their food is convenient and they have everything from diapers to cat/ dog food, toilet paper and pantry items.

Ordered subs on two separate occasions. Both times I'm pretty sure they put a whole bottle of oil on it. I even asked for light oil the second time and it's was still outrageously oily. Disappointed and no longer takin my money.
Overall my experiences are lousy both here and the shop across from the old jail in Watertown........my main complaint is that you don't answer your phone, never have I dealt with a business that has a answering machine that instructs you to leave your name and number if you want to order a pizza and they will return your call. When I want to order a pizza I'm doing so at my convenience, not yours and I don't want to wait until someone gets around to returning my call. That is the height of unprofessionalism. You are there to serve customers not make them wait until it's convenient for YOU. Just another reason to NOT shop there!

The best Stewart's in the area hands down. Always friendly and very helpful. The people there go out of their way for their customers and take pride in everything they do.
